| Pros | AWESOME. I use 2 tspns. internally follwed by water. Also 3 x's a week externally on my face. Very cheap as well. I get cysts 1 x a month and this stops that and I haven't gotten any new pimples. WOOHOO :) just give it a try. |

| Bottom line | I take the liquid kind, no the capsules and twice a day. I think it is great. give it a try, at the least just use it as a face moisturizer in the evening before bed and wake up to soft, healed skin. :) |

| Bottom line | Ive been taking 2tbs a day for the last month and it doesnt cure acne at all but it does even out pores/scars and gives yr skin a nice glow. Im also taking 4 tbs or apple cider 50 mg of zink and I drink 2 cups or green tea a day, also I eat very healthy so could be combination of these things as well, so I guess theres a chance it doent do anything on its own. But on a side note its good for your health so definitely worth a try just for that. |

| Bottom line | I take a tablet from Nature's Cure so I don't have the weird taste. I don't have anymore big bumps but my face tends to turn alot redders almost like I have a rash. You just need a really good diet when taking it. Also read the back. Instructions do help! |

| Pros | Gives my skin vigour, and faster healing abilities. My face now produces enough oil, and does so more evenly. Acne seems to subside before it begins (no broken-skinned flare-ups). |

| Cons | You have to be creative to include it in your diet; it tastes strangely with sweet foods, and must not be heated. |
| Bottom line | I'm a dry-skinned vegetarian, so this just plain makes sense. If your acne seems to spring from dis-balanced skin and slowness to heal, try it. I'm glad I'm not allergic! I won't eat non-vegetarian capsules, but really, having something that goes best on salads just makes me eat more healthily. As for non-vegetarians, the price is kind of high, so eating fish with other healthy oils might be more reasonable... but I recommend it to anyone who can afford it! |

| Cons | I had been taking Flaxseed oil capsules for about a month and developed a rash just below my belly button. It appeared to look like fire ant bites and very itchy with a white puss center. I have stopped the flaxseed oil, but may try another brand |

| Pros | Many! I have many skin issues, and all my scars and bruises healed up fairly quickly after I started taking flax oil. |

| Cons | The taste is bad, but I've learned to slide the oil off the spoon into the back of my mouth so that I don't have to taste much of it. |
| Bottom line | Taking flax oil alone isn't enough. I take raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (Bragg's) with it. This combo has worked wonders! My skin clears up so much quicker and I hardly break out much anymore! I also have more energy. I made sure to use organic flax oil in the brown bottles. |

| Bottom line | I have just recently bought the product and I have been taking the capsule form. I take 4 capsules daily, hoping to see some results soon! Also, I have purchased some Tea Tree Oil. I read that it heal's blemishes on the skin, however, don't put it on irritated skin. I am going to keep taking the flax oil and believing in faith that my acne heals! |

| Bottom line | I took 1 tsp of flaxseed oil a day for three weeks and got nothing but deep, cystic acne along my jawline and huge sore pimples in the middle of my back (never had any there before!) Oh and I also gained three pounds because of the extra fat intake from the oil. So this stuff obviously didn't work for me. I'm a 30 year old female who has had acne since I was 15 and there has never been a day in those 15 years when I haven't had at least a few pimples or more on my face. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones who didn't outgrow acne after puberty. So since the flaxseed caused me to break out worse and gain weight, I'm going back to using the Proactiv Extra Strength kit and drinking one cup a day of Wu Long tea, which seems to help, but I still wish I could find something that would make my face clear since I'm 30 years old! |

| Pros | scars + pits in the skin evened out and because less visible. a healthy shiny looking glow to my skin (not oily skin). less breakouts/smaller breakouts. feelt less depressed! |

| Bottom line | i took it in capsule form. within 2 days my skin had a radiant glow and i could see some scars/pits in my skin looking evend out. less oily skin. this is really good, and i dont know why people would complain about it, unless their body is allegic to an indgredient in them. i took the omega organic flaxseed oil in the black capsules.but make sure u get the more expsensive stuff. im not that sure about those cheap supermarket brands..FLAXSEED OIL CAPS! REALLY GOOD STUFF GUYS! GET IT! ... AND U FEEL HAPPIER! WANNA BE LESS DEPRESSED AND HAVE GLOWING SKIN? - GET IT! |
