| Cons | The first day I started taking the seed my face felt really oily and weird. The second day my face broke out even more. I know that I should continue to take this product because it may be good for me but I can't bare any more pimples. |

| Bottom line | Cleared up my SEVERE to MODERATE acne. 30 Years old and suffered with ACNE since I was 16. Who knew that acne is from within? Doctors will NEVER tell you to change their diet because if we all ate better & truly focused on how certain foods cleared up our acne and helped us become more healthy, then doctors and pharmaceutical companies would CRUMBLE & go out of business!!! | Pros | My skin was dry and horrible but after consuming flax seeds for just 1 week my skin became soft and smooth, it made a magic to my skin and i would love to continue eating flax for ever. |

| Bottom line | I have been eating the seeds for about 2 weeks now and am starting to see some good results. I feel healthier and more energetic too! However, be warned that you may have more spots before it gets better- I had a week of nursing my new 'friends' but thought that it is just my body getting used to the new treatment and hoped that it would improve... which it did! Hallelujah... finally something that works from the inside. Have a go- but remember you may have to eat the seeds for at least a few weeks before seeing good results. |

| Bottom line | My friend recommended this product to me because I wear contact lenses and find that towards the end of the day, my eyes become dry and tired. I took two capsules a day for 2 weeks. Although I did notice that my eyes felt less irritable, I was also getting really big, painful spots, deep purple and 'cystic'. My skin also felt greasier and I looked awful! It took me a while to realise that the spots began the day I started taking the capsules. I've since stopped taking this product and although I am still seeing new spots, they are smaller and less severe. Never again! |
