This stuff is absolutely amazing, after getting sold on it [on this site] i went out and bought some after 2 weeks there was some improvement although nothing like what i was hoping for.

Intensley dissapionted i took out the bottle and reread the back, i had apparantly misread it and had been taking 1/3 of the proper amount within 5 days it had cleared up significantly and within 10 i was acne free! [though i still have a few of those damndable red spots].

i have been using flaxseed oil for over 2 weeks ( 2 tablespoons a day - one in the morning and one at night - i chase it down with juice ). this has provided the most dramatic improvement of anything i've ever tried. i tried the seeds (crushed) for 2 months with little results so i switched to the oil. i get the flax oil at walmart for about $6. i haven't used b.p. in over a month because it stopped working for me (even 5%), but i still drink a glass of green tea, a glass of rooibus tea, put raisons in my oatmeal, and use purpose soap. i am 99% clear and i haven't been this clear in over 12 years. i also apply the flax oil to my dry spots and it doesn't cause acne or rashes.

Definately worth the buy, but not the "cure". After 3 weeks of gunning down a teaspoon of the oil and smearing the nasty gulk on my face at night, it definately improved my skin tone. It got rid of most of my blackheads and evened out my skin. But I still break out, probably hormonally, right before my period. The best acne product yet. Love it.

I have been taking at least 2 tbsp. of ground flaxseed for about 2 years. It didn't clear my skin, but overall I'm sure it has done something. If I eat right and take the flaxseed, I notice my overall skin all over my body looks more moisturized and supple and feels soft. I take the flaxseed more for the mental benefits than anything. It's great for your overall mental health!

this product saved my skin. i went through a period of intense breakouts (for the first time ever on my cheeks). i started drinking 2 tbl. spoons of this a day (w/ some orange juice to kill the taste) and it cleared up my skin within several weeks. amazing! also good for weightloss in that it slows down the absorbtion of sugars and thus keeps your insulin in check. an overall phenomenal product!!

Works Great... Believe You Have To Try This.. I've Been Using It 4 Only 3 Day............!! And My Face Is Soft And My BlackHeads Have Disapeared.... Works Really Good.. I Bet That With Only 1 Week Or 2 My Face Will Be Clearer Than Clear.... Defenatly Worth A Try... The Taste Aint So Bad I Just Drink Water After...Try It If You Want A Clear Face!!!! If Not Them Go Waist You Money Of Prispriction Things That Only MakeYour Face Worse...

This is great... It's the best i've tried! My face isn't totally clear, but it's helped a great deal. I've been using it for about a week and a half... I hope in a while it will totally clear my face up!

I am close to forty, have had persistent acne since puberty - and have tried everything. I was using flaxseed in ground up form intermittently for general health when I read the reviews here. THANK YOU EVERYONE because I got the oil, have been using for two weeks, and see a remarkable change. Deep cystic acne is cleared away and skin is glowing and fresh looking. JUST TRY IT even if you have those nasty cystic chin things - it really works (doesnt taste too awful, either, I can do it straight).

i used capsules too, didnt do anything. i now have two teaspoons a day of the oil. my skin is 100% clear in 1 week of using it!! i love the stuff!! try it, what have u go to lose?! appart from ur acne....(classic)

At first I was taking them in the capsule form. But that didn't work so well. So I bought flaxseed oil (in oil form) and I drink about one teaspoon a day (from GNC). I mix it with some kind of juice. It doesn't taste that bad. Be consistent. It really works. My skin is beautiful now :)

Try baking soda too. That's awesome and cheap.
