| Bottom Line: | I have taken Spring Valley brand fish oil caps for about 2 weeks and my skin is greatly improved. I take one pill per day, in the evening after dinner. The Spring Valley brand eliminates toxins and there is no after taste. I really like the results. |

| Bottom Line: | It didn't do anything for my acne. It didn't help with oily skin either. I took two capsules daily for 2 months without any noticeable difference. Fairly harmless to try though so give it a shot. |

| Pros: | Easy to take, clearer skin within two weeks time, no new breakouts, more energy, has a lot of other positive health effects |
| Cons: | Won't help very much if you have a greasy or unhealthy diet, also won't help if you only use that as your way to handle acne. Doesn't work for everyone. |
| Bottom Line: | A relative told me about fish oil and how their acne cleared up after using it. I though hey, I'd give it a try. Two weeks into it, I really started noticing my new lack of pimple formation. Granted I still had a few scars from previous zits, I was still very happy about the effects that it gave me. Also, It's good for the heart and a few other things. For the people that it didn't work for, it may be that they are only using fish oil as a treatment for acne (which unfortunately doesn't work) or they have bad luck or bad skin. I'm sorry. It worked for me though! :) |

| Bottom Line: | this does not work. it has had no effect on my acne whatsoever. i tried it after reading reviews on it here, but unfortunately it has not done any good for me. i noticed that many people are claiming to see great results after just few days of taking it, but i think it is just a coincidence that new pimples haven't formed during that time. i guess what i'm saying is that you can try it for yourself, but you also shouldnt get your hopes up too much, because this is not a miracle cure. good luck, i hope it works for you. |

| Bottom Line: | I have tried a few fish oil where I got those fish burps (nasty). The cheap stuff tends to lend itself to that. I have bought Costco fish pills and I think the most honest breakdown review of the best fish pills was at: [link removed]
They have agood xtend life reviews versus some other popular products. Don't go to the absolute cheapest. You will be sorry and in the long run, you'll be happier with a good quality fish oil. |

| Pros: | Started taking fish oil 1200 mg 3 a day with i 50 mg zink two weeks ago- after about 3 days great response- less oily skin and no more daily new pimple in the morning. Have struggled with acne for 20 yrs and this is a great cure!! |

| Bottom Line: | OK, so honestly, I have been having fish oil for a few months. There isn't any noticeable difference that I can recognize. Apparently, it's suppose to reduce inflammation, among other things. If it did have any effect, it was minimal. However, I still recommend taking fish oil for it's health benefits to the heart and however minute, the skin. |

| Pros: | it makes my skin very supple and smooth...i don't have to use moisturizer and my skin is very soft but it doesn't seem to do anything with the acne |

| Pros: | It's great helps with acne and helps prevent breakouts. Another thing for people taking this. Freeze the pills and you won't burp up the oil and take them right before a meal. NO MORE BURPS!!!! |
