| Pros | Fish oil has been the ONLY thing that has helped me. for years I tried every cream, acne program, medication, and vitamins and NOTHING helped me. I noticed immediate improvement, my face is soft, not greasy, no more redness, and NO BREAKOUTS! |

| Bottom line | It's good for your health. i also noticed my skin glowed after taking it, but cystic acne slwoly formed deep under the skin. took a few weeks for it to rise to surface. anyone with similar bad experience? |

| Bottom line | Hi everyone, I heard about fish oil's benefits for acne in The Toronto Star and got very interested in looking online for more information. I was very surprised to see how much information is available! So I bought Carlson's Super Omega 3 Fish Oil from my local health store and today was my first day. I asked the sales woman, she said to start by taking 1 a day of 1000 mg. I took one today and hope that it makes a difference to my skin! I'd love to hear other people's experiences with this product! |

| Bottom line | FYI Costco has a great fish oil deal. It is the Natures made brand. Very affordable!!! I paid around $14-16 for a 6 -12 month supply (depending on how much you take) |

| Bottom line | This is what has been missing for me and the answer to my acne equation. There is a bunch of "scientific" crap around nowadays and i have tried a few things but the best things for acne are to keep the body detoxed and take FISH OIL!!! Dont put harsh chemicals on or in your body. Fish oil cleared what i would call my hormonal acne. Give it a try for a month and see what happens if you dont believe me. |

| Bottom line | Ive been on a regemin of fish oil pills (6-8 grams/day) and apple cider vinegar for about 2 weeks now and im truly convinced that there is a conspiracy involving dermatologists and the drug companies to keep these products a secret! Its been over 10 years of trying every cream, gel, and pill that the doctor ordered and fish oil is the only thing that has worked. Never once did a dermatologist tell me to take fish oil or use apple cider vinegar. Im looking forward to seeing more results in the coming weeks. |

| Pros | its made my skin glow a bit, although to be honest im usin bp and its just made my skin kinda half dry half oily, definatly makes your skin more oily which for me just isnt good. |

| Bottom line | you can buy it if your confident enough that your skin will be ok with a bit of oil on there, as it gives your skin a glow and a healthyish complexion, however personally, i just feel comfortable knowing theres no acne on there while using bp, so i may stop takin these and stick with a 1 a day vitamin D/multi supplement. oh yeah and iv been taking 6 grams of fish oil per day. |
