| Bottom line | Alright, I have been taking fish oil supplements for about two and a half months. I read so many great reviews and was so excited to try them out. About a week in, I began experiencing huge cystic pimples on my chin. By the way, I don't think I have ever had a "cystic" pimple in my life. I just can't understand what I am doing wrong. I have been using oil blotting sheets like crazy. It looks so gross. I used to only have an oily t-zone...now I have oil all over my nose, entire forehead, chin, and cheeks. It's absolutely unreal. I'm a biology major, so I'm just completely astounded that fish oil could give you anything but positive benefits! I'm going to quit them and see what happens. I know that there is documented evidence that fish oil is very effective, I just can't understand why it doesn't wok for some people. |

| Cons | None..Just learn to over look the pill size. Hahahaha. |
| Bottom line | This is the only thing that has helped me after accutaine. I have had one big breakout from the weather changing (I think, or slacking on my dosage). I take about 3000mg a day, anything less causes my skin to dry and makes me prone to depression again. |

| Bottom line | Ive only been taking fish oil for 4 days, my skin is completely clear. I also use natural african black soap.... Im so happy with the results. the fish oil has made me more confident!!! natural products are not only good for your skin, they dont reverse... everything ive tried just made my skin try and fight back, I'm 21 and this is the first time in my entire life im acne free. |

| Bottom line | Needs to be taken consistently. i have been using proactiv for the past 2 years and i decided it was too harsh on skin (skin was dry). when i stopped i had acne breakout on my chin. i tried going to have glycolic acid peel for 3 months (1 fornightly) and products endorsed by the clinic however i still got severe acne around my chin and cheeks. Decided i had enought of spending money on chemicals peels and blue and red light therapy as it didnt work. i went to the vitamins store am taking the following: Morning 2 fish oils 1 primrose oil 1 Milk Thistle 2 Vitex 1 Echinecia |

| Bottom line | Every time I read another article about the stellar benefits related to fish oil, I go back to my bottle and decide to try them again. About a day or 2 later, painful sores begin to develop. I have moderate acne which has been pretty calm lately. The only time I seem to have flare-ups are when I resume taking fish oil capsules. Was taking about 2000 mg/day. |

| Bottom line | I have suffered from acne for several years. Nothing seemed to work permanently. I tried a liver cleanser for 30 days while taking fish oil supplements. My skin cleared within the first couple of weeks and haven't had any reocurrences. I now take fish oil 2 a day in the evening along with a multivitamin and calcium. |

| Bottom line | I have been taking 5 fish oil pills each day for about a week and my skin is just glowing! I have not had any new breakouts and my current pimples are shrinking fast. I'm 15, so hormones aren't on my side at the moment, but my skin hasnt looked better since I was 9! Compared to Proactiv and other chemical treatments, the fish oil pills are very cheap, and In my opinion, work even better. Try them! |

| Bottom line | I am 26 years old. I have had pimples forever!!!!!! and I've tried EVERYTHING plus I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide so I started taking fish oil. I'm not going to say my skin is PERFECT but it has cleared up sooooooooo much within the first week of usage. Just try it! It has other great benefits too so it can't hurt. |
