Pros: reviews say it works?!?!? Cons: Feel sick Bottom Line: Today is my first day using this, i broke out with suspected acne around 2 months ago, was on fucibet then penicillian tabs then zineryt which messed up my skin now this. Pros: having been on many other types of medication, this is the first one to give me significant differences where i feel my skin is beginning to win the battle against acne. It is easy to take (in the form of capsules) and is very quick! Cons: it does cause some stomach discomfort however weighed against the benefits i feel it is a positive outcome thus far. It has made my skin dry but only as much as any of the other medications. Less side effects but less effective than roaccutane. Bottom Line: very positive medication with great results. I would use if you have had little success with previous medication and are looking for a real change and are willing to go through some of the mild side effects :) Recommended: Yes Usage: Alex has used this item for a few weeks. Pros: It has been able to keep my skin clear even during the times when I am most prone to acne (before and during my cycle). Cons: It has a high alcohol content, which is why this product is drying to the skin. And, the dryness can become especially bothersome during the colder months. Bottom Line: I have skin that is very acne-prone. And, that is why, I have to be on acne treatments. As, my skin seems to do best with prescription products than it does over the counter stuff. So, I do plan to keep using this product as long as it keeps my skin clear, even though it is drying to the skin. Recommended: Yes Usage: Syb has used this item for about a month. Pros: Clears skin up definitely, but it takes time. Maybe 4 weeks when you see the real difference. Cons: Had diarroheoa twice, takes till the 4th week when you see a slight difference and spots not appearing Bottom Line: I took the 250mg e250 tablets, twice a day, pescribed by doctors. It's great, but im hoping i wont be getting spots back after i stop taking the tablets. I have not finished with the tablets, however it does actually work as it is antibiotics, and it is a powerful medication. Would reccomend it, but probably for a few months. Pros: Works superbly well for me. Used to get pus filled pimples. Erythro clears everything right up. Skin is smooth with perhaps one pimple per month (before period) Cons: The moment u stop usage of erythro, the pimples come back with a vengence. Acne is a never ending batrtle unless your bodies hormones decides to sort itself out. Bottom Line: Great medication to clear up your skin. But of course, as all acne medications, the acne just come back the moment u get off the medication Recommended: Yes Usage: Sheena has used this item for about a year. Pros: Cheap but that's all. Cons: Doesn't work. Bottom Line: It was really cheap $10 but it doesn't work. I was using the 2% gel for 2 months and my scne has only gotten wose. The first week it improved about 10%-20% and then after that it went back to what it used to be. Recommended: No Usage: Vinnt has used this item for a few months. Pros: cleared up my acne, and fast!!!! Cons: its an antibotic, also i became immune Bottom Line: I took the pill ery-tab 250mg 2xs a day. cleared my face upand i was amazed!!! however i only worked for 4 or 5 months then i began to get it back some but not nearly as bad. i stopped using it because i didnt want to be taking too much antiabotic and acne is still some but no where close to how it was. more mangable now! Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING btw, it was solution that i used not the capsule Cons: my doctor prescribed erythrosolution + aha soap + acne spot / gel. after 2mos of using these products, it made my acne worse. my acne used to be light to moderate. now its severely moderate Bottom Line: im not sure if its the erythro that didnt work or its because of the combination w/ the other products. one thing i know, its expensive but youre not getting something good from it. i thought that break out is normal in the first few weeks. but omg, after 2mos, no chnges at all. i stopped seeing my derma coz i know she wants me to buy her products. im medicating myself now using 2.5% BP + cetaphil cleanser + neutrogena moisturizer. im on my 2nd week of medication now and so far, its working fine (despite of flakiness of my skin) Recommended: No Usage: ray has used this item for a few months. Pros: cleared up in days...but still a few bumps under skin Cons: feel sick and really worried itl all come back when course finishes in a week....but my friend on roaccutane is on her 3rd batch of that stuff and and running out...her acne is back even after that so what hope does this hold of staying clear! Bottom Line: good but the worry of it comming back is stopping me enjoying having much improved skin...help! Recommended: Yes Usage: katy has used this item for about a month. Pros: USED ANTIBIOTICS. it did really help my skin; after about 5 weeks, i could see a significant difference. redness went down a lot. Cons: the big marks went down but i still have lots of little spots. i've had 2 big outbreaks and the raised spots seem to be coming back, so i think my body must just be getting immune to it. Bottom Line: good, but we'll see after 12 weeks .. maybe this is just a bad week. Recommended: Yes Usage: lola has used this item for about a month.
