| Pros: | Good moisturizer... |
| Cons: | Makes tiny red spots. itchy sometimes. Didn't help my acne scar, but it moisturizes your skin, especially under my eyes.I think I developed blackheads using this product. |
| Bottom Line: | It not worked for me. I tried the Emu Oil for a few months.I occasionally experienced itchiness (my cheek area and forehead). It does moisturizes my skin well, but I also developed tiny red spots (and small zits), and blackheads. I didn't see any improvement for my scars and red spots. I don't really recommend people to use it. My skin is sensitive and combination of oily and dry skin. |

| Pros: | makes my skin soft again after overdrying it with acne medications. seems like it's already decreasing a wrinkle between my eyebrows without aggravating that acne-prone area |
| Cons: | by-product of meat harvest |
| Bottom Line: | i will use it, even though it's a by-product. people eat emu, therefore emu will continue to be harvested for meat and why let any part of the animal go to waste if you can help it, especially when it has such incredible soothing and moisturizing properties. i was afraid to put an oil product on my acne prone skin, but as long as i use it sparingly in the breakout areas, i'm fine. it makes my skin feel really good and look a little younger already. i bought a tiny bottle but it will last a long time. i hear you should be careful about what brand you buy. mine comes from an emu farm in Kalispell, MT. This brand was highly recommended by the young woman in the supplement store who had the most beautiful skin and she said she had acne too, still takes prescription medication for it but uses the oil too. |

| Pros: | Helps get rid of recent red marks and take down inflammation / swelling. Doesn't cause breakouts. |
| Cons: | Makes skin look oily while it's on (so I only use it at night). Quite expensive, tho a little bottle lasts forever. Need to shake before use. It's an animal byproduct. |
| Bottom Line: | It's not till I started using this again lately that I realised how good it is for recent red marks for acne, also takes down swelling of big bumps under skin that look like they may erupt. Good moisturiser too and natural so avoids all the rubbish ingredients you get in highstreet stuff. The one I use contains emu oil and pure vitamin e oil.
Price listed is for a bottle (that lasts more than 8 months when used daily) |

| Pros: | Makes skin soft and smooth. Helps even skin tone, combats dryness, and moisturizes really well. |
| Cons: | A little greasy at first, but absorbs quickly. |
| Bottom Line: | Emu oil has been very beneficial to my skin, I use it on my face, as well as my body after a shower. I am only 29, and it makes me look even younger......like 24 (seriously). It has dramatically helped in evening my skin tone, and it does not cause me to break out at all. My skin is so soft and smooth now, I have had acne for many years, and this has really helped with my scarring. I will continue to use Emu oil from now on. |

| Pros: | Very moisturizing and rehydrated a dried out face from all the acne products. |
| Cons: | somewhat greasy if you put to much on |
| Bottom Line: | I tried this stuff first because I saw the reviews about getting rid of hyperpigmentation. Although I haven't seen any improvement with my scars it is a great soothing moisturizer. I may just need to use it longer to help with my hyperpigmentation though. |

| Pros: | clears hyperpigmentation from old scars, reduced dog attack scars, affordable, doesn't cause breakouts on my super sensitive skin, feels nice on the skin |
| Cons: | um...its oily...yeah, because IT IS OIL |
| Bottom Line: | i have been using emu oil for about 3 weeks as recommended by my massage therapist for its anti-inflammitory qualities. it has not only reduced old scarring from acne, but has kept my comlexion even and mostly acne-free. i was using proactiv which was also helping--however, i was still getting cystic acne deep under the skin on my jawline (which was casuing scarring). since using emu oil, i have had only small surface zits-- that means less scarring in the future too. AND- i have been using it on my punture wounds on my arm from where a huge dog bit me a few months ago and the scars are not only lighter but softer too. just can't believe the answer to my problems is sooo cheap and so basic. I was actually considering laser treatments! |

| Pros: | Softer skin; heals the skin deep better than anything I've seen. Also great for surgery scars and eczema. |
| Cons: | The worst thing is that it is a bit oily when you first apply, but this goes away as long as you rub in enough and apply sparingly; a little goes a long way (though this really isn't much of a con). |
| Bottom Line: | I've been using this for little over a month now and the results are nothing short of amazing. I'm 22 and had dry redness and some superficial brown marks from old acne (marks seem to linger on my skin for like 2 years or so). However, within a week the redness was mostly gone and by week 3 about 60 % of these discoloration's were barely noticeable. Everyone should try this; I've told so many people about this and they all--that's right, every single one of them--said they will not be without this stuff. Now I can't vouch for how this works on recurring acne skin, but it surely does not increase acne in any way. If anything, it replenishes and moisturizing the skin making the skin more healthy and this alone should help acne or at-least make it appear far more manageable. Emu-oil is the best product I've ever used (and I've used lots of them). Buy it and you'll see. |
