Pros: None at all other then It doesnt burn Smell fine and free from doctors Cons: Doesnt work, All the acne is still there for some reason, its all over my arms and chest and sides of my face, been using it for a year now, stupid thing Bottom Line: it sucks, dont know why its getting so many great comments, but maybe the doctors gave me fake stuff, in which the nhs is fake. Pros: Clears up acne well Cons: Need to refrigerate always or it goes bad; expensive; causes redness of face; need to use consistently Bottom Line: I have used this product off and on for a year. The first 6 months, I used it consistently and it took about 2 months to really clear my skin out (that is just how long it takes for new skin to replace old skin) but the results were great the next 4 months and the acne was a distance memory. Then I lost my job, didn't have insurance, and decided to not spend $200 on the medication. The acne reappeared in about a month. I am finally back on it and know what to expect. The other frustrating thing is that you cannot miss even a day because in about 2-3 weeks, you'll see the pimple appear as punishment for that missed day. Also has to be refrigerated, despite what the pharmacist says, or it will go bad within 1-2 months and you may as well begin from scratch. Pros: works fast, begin seeing clearer skin within a week Cons: you have to refrigerate it, it's flaky after you put in on, bleaches stuff, and dries out skin (a little) Bottom Line: I have moderate acne and this, along with Differin, is the first prescription product I have used. It works very well and is definitely worth every penny. Clears up pimples and comedones faster than any product I've ever come across. Pros: -Clears acne fairly quickly, week or so -Applies on easily Cons: -Drying effect -Intense itchiness Bottom Line: I have mild acne, but one day when i went to the derm, he prescribed me this. Lately, i have been getting acne around my neck. I would attribute this to sleeping with a pillow. Anyways, after applying the gel on, a couple hours later at night, there would be this intense itchiness on the area i applied the gel. With that said, my neck is also dry and the surface feels rough, etc. However, despite these side effects, it works. i apparently had a breakout on my neck and it's no longer there, most of it anyways. Pros: i can tell it's working, clears new pimples in a day and is getting rid of all exsisting acne and even scars that i've had for almost a year Cons: dry flaky itchy tight red skin Bottom Line: in the beg. all the cons were really bad and i almost stopped it, but i kept going with it and ziana and minocycline and the dry, flaky, itchy, tight red skin is all going down to being almost not even there, and it's clearing up my skin and makes it feel really smooth after i apply it. i just hope it keeps working the way it is and that i don't get immune to it. idk what i'd do :[ Recommended: Yes Usage: tori has used this item for about a month. Pros: Strong acne medication. Really helped to prevent and remove acne on my face. Also improved the acne on my back. Doesn't have to be used everyday to achieve great results on the face, Cons: Has to be lefty in the fridge. Causes some dryness and peeling. Makes no difference to black heads/white heads. Bottom Line: Good product and not too expensive. However, it doesn't really seem to do much to black heads/white heads. It does seem to prevent acne and treat it really well on the face. Pros: It works very quickly and your skin continues to heal after use. The benzoyl Peroxide is so effective it works in one hour. Cons: It doesnt fade scars. Must be kept in the fridge.
