I have mild acne mostly on my cheeks. I tend to be a squeezer so I have nice big lumpy red marks on my face. I've been using this for a week now. The first few days it did burn and it left my skin sensitive to moisturizers and the sun. However, I have noticed a big difference this week. The red marks are less noticeable now. They look like they are healing (kinda scabby). My skin is looking much more smooth. And I've only noticed two tiny whiteheads trying to emerge. I am having trouble with dryness. Its espcially unflattering when I have make up on. The flakes are now tinted the color of my foundation. Conclusion: I'd rather have to pile on moisturizer to help the dryness than have noitceable red acne that everyone asks you about.

This product only worked for a couple of weeks, it made my skin sooo dry and super sensitive. My dermatologist also prespribed it to my sister and didn't help , it just i rritated her sensitive skin, too.

Not a miracle cure for acne, I suppose it does help to some extent, but after taking it for over a year my skin has had no radical improvement and has left me with a number of stained t shirts, bed sheets and pillows due to the benzyl peroxide in the cream.

I got these redb, itchy spots after using it for a week but I think its working. the 100 dollar copay was pretty pricey, though.

I have been using duac in the morning and also differin at night i have been only using this product for about 2 days now but it seems to be working alot, i never really had acne to bad but this product is clearing the pimples up and i havent seen any new ones so ill hope this stuff really works for me.

I am 17 years old and have moderate acne which mostly consists of bumpy blackheads and red spots. After trying benzoyl peroxide and clymindicin (sp?) my doctor prescribed me a combo of Retin-A and Duac (retin-A in the morning and duac at night). Although I noticed some clearning during the first week of treatment, my skin quickly reverted back to its old state and became dried up and flaky (making it very hard to wear concealer make up). If you have dry skin at ALL I would not recommend this product. My skin never got used to it even after 2 months of use, and once I went off it, some of the redness actually cleared up.

This stuff is great. I had mild acne and have been using this for 3 months. It was very drying to begin with but your skin adapts to it if you apply small amounts and apply once daily. I'm now clear and haven't had any new spots in ages. It's also helping to get rid of the blemishes. Just stick with it, good luck!

I have suffered from acne from the time that I hit thirteen. I always felt embarassed about my face and would use alot of makeup to coverup my acne. Going to derm after derm and listening to remedies that worked for other people proved frustrating. Finally, I went to a derm that started me on duac and oral antibiotics. Duac works well for me. I have been using it for three weeks and it has cleared my pimples completely. This has been the clearest my face has been in 17 yrs. I am so happy with the results. I recommend you have patience and be consistent. I didn't have any side effects at all.

This product cleared my mild acne up - at last! I still get the very occasional spot, but it's minute in size and less angry in appearance than before! Highly recommended. Your skin does get quite dry in the first few weeks, but I found using baby moisturiser soon sorted this out.
