the best way to get rid of acne, no matter who you are, is to stop putting poisons into your body which don't belong there, INCLUDING meat and animal products. Eat vegetarian, give up the caffeine and tobacco and you'll be amazed how quickly the acne goes away, as your body doesn't need to pour the poisons out through your face and back anymore. If you can't quit the poisons, then this product will indeed dry out the pimples and hide the symptoms of the bad things you put in your body.

I have been using Duac together with Differin cream since november 2005 and I must say I am pleased with the results. My skin is a little discolored but the doctor say I should be even soon. Iam a 35 year old Black female

Deffinatly does what it says, dries you out! Make sure to use a good moisturizer with it. I have very oily skin and I thought nothing would dry me out, but within 5 minutes of the product I could feel it working. I will know more about how well it works in a few days. I just started.

Not a huge fan. I was prescribed Duac in tandem with Differin, and have noticed modest results with their usage. Duac seems to really dry up my acne, which is good, but my face feels irritated for hours on end after I apply it; I notice my face is reddened, burns slightly, and itches. I have resorted to using it "as needed", sometimes skipping a day or two depending on how my skin is looking and feeling. I'm going to keep trying this combination, but I would gladly jump ship if I knew of another product/medication that was less irritating and more effective.

worked extreemly well, had severe acne... now much less, hasn't caused any redness of any sort and seems to eliminate acne on the spot

I use Duac with Doryx oral antibotic and these two together are great! I recently ran out of Duac and used Retin A Micro which sucked! It made me peel and break out, which was a bummer since my face looked great! I believe Duac to be the best topical treatment EVER!!

Ick, when I put this on my face, my face is super tight and gooey feeling, so I usually wash it off later because it is so uncomfortable. I only put this on my back after a shower because I can't stand how it feels on my face. It has diminished all the nasty red bumps on my back and the ones you can easily scratch off, so I am impressed.

I've been using duac for about a month for mild to moderate acne on my cheeks it has made a significant difference since i started getting spots after my pregnancy. Anyone can get acne at any age, but apart from slight itching & dry skin (which was bearable) it's worth it if it means less spot's i just hope it continues working.
