| Pros | -It actually works. -It dries up and reduces the size of acne overnight. -Its a very inexpensive product. They always say the cheap stuff never works but this does wonders. |
|---|---|
| Cons | While there are some cons to ClearZit to me the Pros far outweigh the Cons. :) -My face gets really dry & starts to peel. -It burns, but for only 5 minutes or less. |
| Bottom line | If you struggle with acne like I do where you have tried just about everything and nothing works then I really believe this is the product for you. I tried ClearZit years ago and it worked then, when I started breaking out badly I knew where to turn. ClearZit is a must have, must buy product. Get it & you will love it! |

| Pros | cheap, works quickly, helps to reduce any type of acne. is the first spot treatment i found that does what it says :) |
|---|---|
| Cons | drys out skin a bit ..but with some moisturiser that's fixed. |
| Bottom line | i love this product,.i recommend it.it has helped my skin.i saw results like the next day.i have only been using this product a week now.it does make your skin feel dry and it say to use sunscreen sence benzoyl peroxide makes the skin sensitive to the sun. i will continue using this product.i have tried many thingh and they never do what it says it will.Clearzit is not like that though. i use it in the morning and before going to bed. i cleanse with st.ivis green tea cleanser..this cleanser is new to me btw..if u convert the price i paid to US it would be like $2.50. cheap right and it works. |

| Pros | NONE |
|---|---|
| Cons | Burns, makes pimples twice as big makes them almost scarlet. |
| Bottom line | I wanted this product because I heard good things so this why you SHOULD NOT get it it doesn't work and just makes thing worse!!!!! I used it on almost every pimple and rinsed it off everywhere I put the cream made everything bigger! I watered my face and some went back to normal but I HATE THE PRODUCT NEVER EVER USE IT! Plus Benozal peroxide drys out skin so pimple goes away and means you can't wear makeup, and gets rid of good fighting bacteria leaving you defenseless aganist diease |

| Pros | Works immediately, not at all greasy, mild peeling reveals smoother, lighter skin. Dissolves horrible acne cysts overnight. $1.50 at Dollar General. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Mild stinging, went away in 10-15 mins. Could cause redness & dryness if overused- increase use gradually. Be careful not to get it too close to eyelids or eyebrows. Definitely need to use sunscreen if outside- skin revealed by peeling is fresh & sensitive to sun. |
| Bottom line | I've had cystic acne for 25 yrs, since I was 13. Started out then with Rx retin-A liquid that caused severe chemical burns. Over the yrs I've used Rx differin, retinol, benzamycin, oral antibiotics, 3 rounds of Accutane (great while using, caused long-term issues), OTC topicals & kits, ProActiv (horrible redness & scaling), microdermabrasion & eventually a chemical peel that caused severe scarring around my mouth & temples. The acne always came back, usually worse than before. In my late 30s, it's appeared on my face as mostly blackheads, small bumps & 4-6 extremely painful cysts at all times. The cysts also started to appear on my neck & take a month or more to go away. Recent finances have made me just live with it, using generic Blackhead Clearing Scrub w/salicylic acid 2% & clearance Avon mineral makeup. But within 2 hrs of washing my face, I'd feel & look oily. Several wks ago my local Dollar General had closeout Ambi Even & Clear Exfoliating Wash 0.5% salicylic acid on a BOGO sale, so I stocked up at $1.07 each. I saw the ClearZit on the shelf for $1.50, so grabbed a tube to try. I guess it's finally the right combo of salicylic acid & benzoyl peroxide for me. I had a cluster of cysts on my temple in the old scar tissue for several wks- very big, burning, very painful. Within hrs of first applying ClearZit, the cysts came to a head, released pressure & began to peel. Within 2 days, a small pink area remained. The peeling effect for me is very similar to with Accutane- mild, not painful at all, & revealing pinker, healthier skin underneath. The old scarring from the chemical burns & previous cysts is also smoother; my skin overall is smoother, pinker & healthier-looking & my pores are smaller & clearer. And no new cysts for more than a week! 2x daily, I wash with Ambi, follow with a light smear of ClearZit, then Avon mineral makeup. I've noticed even better results now that I've cut refined sugars |

| Pros | It clears your face quickly Dries the zit and prevents it from coming back |
|---|---|
| Cons | dries your skin and can make it flaky and irritable |
| Bottom line | I used Clearzit for 2 years and I have never had a problem with my acne. When I switched to something different because my local dollar store stopped selling it, I broke out badly. I immediatly traveled a state down the map and found a tube at their dollar store. If your skin gets really dry and flaky, I suggest using Olay products after washing your face and before you use the Clearzit. That's what I use and it is a great combo. |

| Pros | Clears up acne insanely fast--Over night. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Stings and burns really bad when first applied, numbs after maybe 15 minutes. (maybe less or more pain depending on how sensitive your skin is, my skin is very sensitive.) |
| Bottom line | USE THIS IF YOU ARE HORRIBLE AT BEING CONSISTENT! And don't waste your time and money at a dermatologist! Please just pay a few bucks for this and you don't even have to use it daily. |

| Pros | I don't have severe acne but I do have a few red bumps here and there so I saw this in the dollar store and I just walked past it because it was in the dollar store of course it dosen't work, so my mom was behind me and she picked it up. So I thought what the heck and I used that night and the next morning my skin was clear!!..WORKS AMAZINGLY!! If you think I'm lying go to your nearest dollar store and find it. It's really cheap!! and REALLY WORKS so..you're not losing anything! |
|---|---|
| Cons | - Dries out skin fast! -when you're all out your sad )= (I suggest stock up..it's only 1.50) - Burning and itching may occur but it is mostly moderate |
| Bottom line | - I suggest using st.Ives apricot scrub to help with the drying of the skin (softens skins and just makes you look amazing dollor store also for like 3.50,for the drying and peeling of the skin it may cause (everyone diffrent i didnt have peeling but here is my opinion) and it softens your skin so a double win and smells amazing!! - Bottom line::: This is an amazing effective product that really works, like if you have severe acne i HIGHLY recommended this and if it dosen't work, you don't lose anything! |

| Pros | SUPER Cheap Works VERY well continues working over time You know when it's done working because it disappears |
|---|---|
| Cons | Burns a lot if you're not used to it, but it's totally worth it |
| Bottom line | I've been trying to find something for my acne for over 4 years. I tried nearly everything, also more expensive solutions. I saw this stuff at dollar general and thought why not. It seriously showed results within hours. I put it on at night, then when I woke up, my face was clearer than it's been since I was probably 12. I love this stuff! |
