| Pros | Product works well as a combination treatment along with a daily regimen. This combined with benzaclin and moisturizer cleared up my moderate acne entirely in less than 2 months and my skin looks like a baby's bottom. |

| Bottom line | short term effect: cleared up my problem spot (forehead). i took it with topical erythromicin which worked pretty well. it cleared up all my acne on my forehead. took it for two months. long term effect: ive been off doxycyclin for about 8 months now. my acne is mild. occasional breakouts (1-4 areas) every couple of weeks. but its a lot better than before. i also lessened my use of erythromicin. only using it when needed because it started to dry up my skin. my problem now are the scars. id recommend it. i had no health insurance so the cost wasn't that bad. |

| Pros | Have been taking it for about 12 weeks now and have had no new pimples in the past two weeks. Has cleared all my acne, just scaring left now. Absolute godsend. |

| Bottom line | Try it! My doctor didn't think this would work as I had already tried a couple of antibiodics in the same family which had 0 impact on my skin (other than making all my skin feel really dry and stretched). But it has worked!! |

| Bottom line | Don't take with dairy or minerals because they will decrease the absorbtion of doxycline into your body. Overall, my face got worse during the first two weeks. Now it's the third week and im seeing some improvement. Less inflamation, and the bigger zits are faded and not as irritated. |

| Bottom line | I have been on this product for nearly 7 weeks. I know things get worse before they get better, but in my case things got worse...and worse... and WORSE! I wouldn't reccomend this to anyone. |

| Pros | start seeing results in about a week or slightly more... easy to swallow and works pretty well at getting all the bacteria under your skin that can become a pimple out. |

| Cons | doesnt work as fast as you would probably want it, if your young you need to take it with a meal or it can cause liver damage. Also its not like this 4 everyone but 4 me, it got worse before it got better. Using this alone without cleansers isnt good |

| Cons | very dry skin, sensativity to the sun, may become worse at first, causes nausea when taken in the morning, upset stomach, should always be taken with lots of water! |
| Bottom line | this is my 5 day on the pill i take a 100mg pill everymorning on an empty stomach recommended by my dermatologist. i have started to see some results i dont get non of those huge pimples anymore now i just get tiny ones. im really excited to see what my results will be within time. i have my next appointment with my derm. in two weeks.:) i deff. recommend this. |
