| Bottom line | i have been on diane for the past two months and there are slight improvements in acne. however, it is to be noted that one needs to make lifestyle changes too to overcome acne fully. drinking plenty of water, controlling ur diet (less spicy, oily food), eating more fruits, exercising, being less stressed, keeping your body and face well moisturized are very important. i have also been using sebamed products on the advise of my doc. |

| Bottom line | This is the first product I have used that actually clears my skin, the improvement is slow, but definitely visible! Although stomach cramps are bad and it takes a long time to work, it's still good. I have tried everything from dove soap, to differing, to cetaphil, to prescription pills, masks, chemical peels, proactiv, nothing worked, but the Diane 35 does. |

| Bottom line | I was put on Dianne by my doctor to get rid of my acne. I was told I wouldn't start seeing results until 3 months had passed. I have been on it for just over 3 months and I'm still seeing nothing, so I was just wondering how long it took to work for everyone else? Because judging by these reviews, it seems to do the trick for the majority of people. My acne keeps me from doing so much, and its the reason for my insecurity and low self esteem. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that it will work. It did make my boobs bigger, which is great. |

| Bottom line | I am a 28 year old and I have never taken any oral contraceptives before, my gyno put me on Diane 35 to control my acne, which is awful for someone my age. It caused me so much embarrassment and depression. I did a lot of research before starting my pack today and see that Diane 35 is either really good or really bad. The side effects that concern me the most are weight gain...I already weigh enough thank you very much and the blood clots...(thankfully I don't smoke) As we speak I developed the most awful headache! Can I take Motrin or Advil or Tylenol for this??? HELP!!! Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks! |

| Bottom line | I have been using it for 2 yrs now and i came off about 3months ago because it was making me miserable.. and my sex drive have increased while was on it which i love..i went to my doctor and found out what i was doin wrong,..i took it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, apparently it is suppose to b taken with meals...so i am giving it another try. I believe its goin to go well. So if u are experiencing problems that could b the reason |

| Bottom line | Diane saved me. I have suffered from cystic acne for almost ten years. My acne was severe and I was so miserable and depressed. This product changed my life. Although I still have some scaring I know it would be ten times worse if I hadn't used Diane. I have tried every acne lotion and potion . Diane is the only thing that has ever helped me. I do still get some pimples when I'm on the sugar tablets or when I wear make up that irritates my skin, but I have never had any cystic acne when I've been on Diane. I have used this product for six years and never had any major problems. I do get mood swings from time to time, but it's worth it . Diane does take a long time to work . For me it was around 9 months. I have noticed that most of the people who have given Diane a bad review are those that have not used it for long enough. |

| Bottom line | I put on weight when I first started using Diane 35 - I think mainly because my appetite for food in general as well as chocolate greatly increased.-I rarely ate chocolate before-now I can eat a block in a sitting. My skin did clear though -considerably. My Dr is pretty good and I went in as soon as I started getting sore pimples as my mum used to have acne so spotted it right away. I went on the pill a week later so I have very minimal scarring and I only get the occasional "acne pimple" when I stop for my cycle. I do get normal pimples still-fairly often but they're not that bad. My bf is the sweetest guy in the whole world but his patience is wearing thin with my complete lack of libido :( I just don't feel like it and when it does happen it's still not that great- it feels like something's missing now? I've used it for about 9 years and I'm 24. |

| Bottom line | My doctor put me on this for about 3 months just to clear up my skin, then switched me to Tricyclen-LO (a lower-hormone birth control). Whenever my acne flares up (due to stress, etc.), I go back on Diane-35 for a month or two. This combination works like a charm, and I often receive comments about how nice my skin is, even from strangers! And switching to a lower-hormone pill reduces my mood swings. That said, I've recently gone off any birth control pills, and my acne is so bad now, I'm worried about scarring. I'm seeing my doctor soon, and will ask for Diane-35 again. |

| Bottom line | actually I have started using diane 35 when i was 17 to regulate my menses but I really surprised when I noticed how much my skin was getting better and all mentioned that, I used it about one year but when I stopped my skin became bad again Now I back on it again cos I want my skin comeback as before though I didnt get free-facial hair but I worried about future when I want to marry and get pregnant (Iam sorry for my bad english cos Iam Asian i hope you understand everything) |

| Cons | Increased bleeding in period, it was not longer than 5 days, now its 10 + (SUCKS), dec. appetite, major cramps, crazy breast tenderness, headaches, tiredness, aches in legs.. |
