| Pros: | my skin cleared up. no more painful red spots or impossible to clean black heads. Breasts grew, but perhaps that had to do with puberty. |
| Cons: | EXPENSIVE, back pain, mood swings, moodiness, depression, tiredness, restlessness, no sex drive, dry everything |
| Bottom Line: | I'm not taking it anymore because I'm afraid of becoming more depressed, infertile and hopeless.
I recommend it only in the most dire of acne cases.
It should not be used as a contraceptive alone.

| Pros: | cleared acne in two to three months, skin glowing,bigger breasts,no cramps and can stop my bleeding on speacial occasions when not wanted! |

| Pros: | improvement of acne, reduced and regular menses and lack of pregnancy |
| Cons: | weight gain and increased appetite made it difficult to really watch what i ate, low sex drive, dry vagina, terrible mood swings,PMS and cramps, very dry skin that led to flaking and burning sensation around my lips - my lips eventually became black |
| Bottom Line: | it improved my skin considerably, but the dry parts ( i have a combination skin) were badly affected. being newly married, the reduced sex drive is a no-no. and the increased weight - i have been struggling to lose weight for a while and just when i managed to do this, the drug takes away some of my effort - guess shall give another pill a try |

| Cons: | gained weight despite vigourous exercise and healthy diet. mood swings,vaginal dryness, lack of sex drive. |

| Bottom Line: | I Used Diane-35 for over a year continuously. My skin cleared beautifully. However I stopped because of migraines occuring with increasing severity over time. But the acne came back. I have now re-started and am monitoring my diet,etc..since clear skin is a big plus for me despite the negatives. I'm still weighing everything though. I'm just a few days into starting and I've noticed signicant bloating and weight gain. The migraines which had stopped with discontinued use came back very mildly (but like I said it increases over time. I suspect I may have to discontinue permanently this time as I'd rather be managing acne but alive, than an acne free corpse (the migraines, irritability, etc are quite horrid). Since I've spent considerable time on and off this pill I don't think it's the best choice for me - clear skin notwithstanding. |

| Pros: | Cleared skin well. A few hormonal pimples here and there. |
| Cons: | I decided to go off this pill to see whether my skin would get worse or not as I had been on Diane since my teenage years. I was shocked that I no longer had mood swings (I previously had no idea why I was cranky all the time)and my libido improved |

| Pros: | Perfect complexion, less greasy skin, and lighter hair strands. i love the effect it gives to my skin. I look younger and brighter. It makes me feel more confident all the time. |
