In my personal experience, Complex 15 has proven to be an effective moisturizer that works well with the Regimen (it doesn't sting after benzoyl peroxide!). My former moisturizer was an expensive, beauty-salon type which had me skeptical of drugstore products. However, when I saw the rating for Complex 15, I gave it a go and found that it moisturized and smoothed better, reducing the oiliness/shininess that I've had for at least five years, allowing my natural skin color to finally show through. All in all, Complex 15 has worked remarkably well for me.
I gave it a four in affordability only because some people may need more moisturizer than others (meaning you'd need to buy it more often). Also, the consistency is thinner than most moisturizers I have used; don't let it fool you! It's got punch.

This is the best kept secret in the beauty world. After 30 years of trying every kind of moisturizer for combo skin, I was lucky to come across this site and find this miracle cream. What a shame it is not publicized. Please just try it, you will be astounded as I am. I will never use anything else and my skin has never looked so perfect.

Been on the regimen for over 2 years and used most of the 'recommended' moisturizers. Eucerin is probably the best of the bunch (exfoliates, though the only downside is the midday shine you have on your skin). Cetaphil in the green bottle is my #2. The Purpose moisturizer stung like heck and I didn't even get through half the bottle. I tried the Neutrogena SPF15 one in the white bottle, that didn't really moisturize well with the drying effects of BP.
Complex 15 is the BEST MOISTURIZER I've ever used for my face. Please give it a try, I beg you guys... you will not be disappointed. Evens out the skin tone, moisturizes very well, and for us oily skins ppl.... you don't have that midday shine on your face.
Currently available on [link removed] and CVS locations. Goes for about $7 per tube, but I think CVS online has it for a $5.50 or so. The only issue with this moisturizer is that it is not available everywhere.

I still use this product, but only at night. I've found that using this at night significantly reduces the stinging from the neutragena I use in the morning to the point where it almost doesn't sting at all.
I'm willing to bet that this moisturizer works differently depending on the type of skin you have. My skin is typically pretty dry. And based on these other reviews I think it's worth spending $6-$8 to find out if it's right for you.
