I bought the 3 step system about 2 months ago and it was the biggest waste of money ever!!! I was so tired of trying Proactive so I thought, its Clinique its suppose to be good...wrong!! I spent well over 50.00 on this stuff and my face has gottn worse. Before i started using it i didnt have huge zits i just had bad pores and rough skin. So needless to say "hello zit city" now. Dont spend your money on this item for acne reason cause it wont work.

i'm not using the whole system-- just that clarifying lotion, which i feel is more of a toner if anything. But it does keep my skin clear. But it's very drying and if you pick at your pimples, it'll sting like crazy when you put it on. And even if your skin is just dry, it stings alot too. The system seems to work for my mom though. She has radiantly clear skin and I... well.. let's just say I can't leave the house with out make up on. Not becuase of pimples, but becuase of the dark spots they've left. This system won't help them.

Too expensive. A rip off. There's mineral oil in all their products! What are they thinking. Severe acne sufferres like me, stay away from department store prices and stick to drugstore less expensive products. Any clininque product is not worth not even a dollar in my opinion and they go for 20x that!!!

I used the overnight treatment for quite some time. If anything I got worse. It was also fairly overpriced. Fortunately Clinique let me return it even after it was nearly empty. Probably because I showed up looking so bad...

don't use the regular dramatically diferent moisturizer, use the gel, also, the bar soap gets icky and leaves a residue on your skin, they make that in a gel now too, and make sure you have the right clarifying lotion or it wont work and it will just overdry your skin, and a lot of people think the foaming acne solution is a soap, but it's actually better as a makeup remover.

I started using Clinique about 5 years ago. I had the worst acne in the entire world, black heads like you wouldn't believe, and pores the size of planets that left my skin looking.... well.... like I had poured olive oil on it. One stop at the counter at the mall was all it took. Not only do they have professional people to check out your skin woes, and give you advice, they give you a free makeover, and teach you good makeup solutions for your face type. The product is awesome and the friendly and helpfull employees are a plus. I have not used any product for as long as I have used Clinique, and I do not plan on stopping any time soon. I highly suggest this product to everyone.
If you have had a bad experience with Clinique, you should go back and request another assistant to look at your skin. You probably just need a different combo of solutions.

There are only two products fromt this line that are good.
One is the antibacterial facial soap bar. Really deep cleans. The night time gel is great too. I don't think these products got me 100% clear but they certaintly made a significant improvement.

While their soaps are not the best adapted to acne type conditions, Clinique's face scrub for men is the best I've tried so far. It leaves a wonderful sensation on the skin.

I love clinique skin care 3 step system has made my complexsion look the best out of any soaps and moisturizers. i think you guys just need to use the product longer, i have been on clinique for 2 years and yea i have acne but not because of clinique, it has helped my face so much so dont be quick to judge it can be a little drying at first but it works bomb.
