ha, this stuff worked almost over night and my face was totally clear for like 5 months, now its getting bad again, but it seems to have changed the type of acne I get, I no longer get those boil type bumps, instead I get a bunch of blackheads and those annoying little bumps that aren't even red. I hjave never had blackheads in my life...I'm sure its due to this

I am a 16 year old female and in the midst of puberty still. I had "very mild acne" and my doctor prescribed this along with a 5% benzoyl peroxide wash. They have cleared me up wonderfully after two weeks!
In the morning, rinse face with water only & apply Clindamycin 1% gel, then Clean & Clear Morning Glow SPF 15 moisturizer on top. When I felt that my face was way to broken out to go unconvered (makeup wise), I would put on my tinted moisturizer & blush. However, I find that it works much better without makeup on (if you can bear wearing no makeup!)
Nightime, I wash face/take off makeup with Cetaphil for Normal to Oily skin (I have combination skin.) Then, I use the BP wash (rub gently on affected areas for about one full minute) followed by Olay Active Hydrating beauty fluid.
I usually don't spot treat as to not overdue it, but if I feel that I must, I put on Clean & Clear Persa-gel (which is 10% BP).
Every Sunday I either do a Queen Helene mask or use my Queen Helene scrub because I really don't want to irritate my skin. I think that before I was using too many products.
Most importantly, DRINK WATER! Please. It really, truly, honestly helps. Even if it's just a little, but in my case, it works wonders almost.
Also, I am in love with the two moisturizers I mentioned above. They are great; try them.

It didn't do any harm, but it sure as hell didn't do any good.

After two days of using this product I saw a difference and now, 7-9 days afterwards my skin is totally clear. I also take 200 mill of doryx a day. Talk to your doctor about it. I feel like I can go outside and enjoy life now.

i used dalacin t, the box said 12 weeks for it to work but its been like 3 months and i still have bad skin. it did get a little bit better, and i think it may have taken away some of the redness but im still very embarassed of my skin and i hate it. ive also been on the pill for 6mths for my skin and it has done nothing also. what else can itry?
dalacin t is ok, i say try it, it doesnt irritate your skin at all. feels nice on the skin.

I've been using topical lotion non stop for about 2 years now.
I find that this combined with a healthy diet of fruit and vegetables/regular sleep pattern works good for me. The key is definetly patience, I like many found that it made my skin worse at first, but don't give up (at least for the first 3 months!!) Pob lwc i bawb!

I really like this stuff. I first use Neutrogena fragrance free bar of soap, then clindamycin, and then i mix an oil free moisturizer with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide... at first i was afraid it wouldn't work, because it didn't seem to help for the whole first week.. but by the end of week two my pimples were GONE and they have remained gone... totally! this is week 5 and STILL GONE!

Burned my face pretty bad, and aggravated my acne. In my opinion, it's a failed step towards the cure for acne. It's quite affordable though.

I used Dalacin T, the a topical variation of Clindamycin, and it didn't work at all at first. It actually seemed to make my skin worse. But after about 7 or 8 weeks, and after switching to using it only once a day in combination with neutrogena acne soap, things really started to clear up. I stopped using this stuff about 3 weeks ago (still using the soap), and I'm still clear. It's cheap and worth a shot.

I never did like this product. I didn't notice my skin getting clearer, actually it got worse. It wasn't expensive and didn't dry out my skin so that was okay but it didn't help my acne.
