ive been using clindamycin for a month or so now and ive really noticed an improvement. my acne isnt gone by any means but i find the pimples are less severe and disappear quicker. however i would only reccomend this to people whose acne isnt too severe cause it really isnt very strong.

Clindamycin Phosphate is NOT a very effective product to treat acne. I've been using it for over a month now and my acne has worsened. I am quite disappointed with the product and would not recommend it to anyone!

I used the lotion for about two weeks and noticed absolutely no positive differnece in my skin. This lotion actually made me breakout in tiny bumps all over my chin and forehead and caused my usually dry skin to become extremely oily. I would not recommend the lotion, especially for those who already have oily skin. If your derm or doctor prescribes you the lotion, I would ask for the topical solution, foam or any other form that is offered instead.

I've been using clindamycin phosphate lotion for about 3 weeks and it's done nothing but make my acne worse and make my face really oily. It's one of those products that makes your acne worse before it get's better, but i'm not willing to have severly worse acne for 5 months before it starts to take effect in the sixth month.

I've gone off and on this antibiotic (taken orally) and another for years, switching as they lost effectiveness. It helped moderately, not not enough and now it's lost all effectiveness for me.

WHEN I FIRST START TO GET ACNE I USED PROACTIVE FOR 2 TO 4 WEEKS AND THAT DID NOT HELP I HAD MILD ACNE BEFORE AND ALL MY PIMPLES GOT WORST SO I DECIDE TO GO SEE A DERMATOLOGIST AND THE DOCTOR RECOMENDED AVITA CREAM WHICH IS USED AT NIGHT FOR ACNE AND THE CLINDAMYCIN SOLUTION WHICH IS USED IN THE MORNING AFTER YOU WASH YOUR FACE WITH A GENTLY WASH LIKE "PURPOSE" IT REALLY GETS THE DIRT OFF AND BENZOYL PEROXIDE. I STARTED TO GET RESULTS BUT AFTER AWHILE THE SOLUTION WASNT DOING ANYTHING OR THE AVITA SO I WENT BACK TO THE DOCTOR AND SHE SAID I SHOULD MOVE UP A STEP SO NOW I USE THE CLINDAMYCIN LOTION(MORNING) AND RETIN-A-CREAM(NIGHT) WHICH IS THE BEST MEDICINE OUT1 NOW I HAVE CLEAR SKIN I USE THE LOTION TWICE A DAY EVERYDAY LIKE IT SAYS AND ALONG WITH THAT I DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER EVERYDAY TAKE MY VITAMINS AND EAT HEALTHY NOW I HAVE GOOD PRETTY SKIN SO WHEN USING MEDICINES MAKE SURE YOU USE IT LIKE SAYS AND MAKE SURE YOU DRINK PLENTY OF WATER BECAUSE THATS THE SECRET TO HEALTHY SKIN! NOW NO MORE ACNE PROBLEMS

Did not work at all and worst of all, it made me break out in a horrible rash that lasted for at least 3 weeks after discontinuing use. I would never recommend it to anyone.
