| Pros: | I was using Dalacin T version, went on easy and didn't dry the skin. |
| Cons: | Makes your skin very shiny, had to stop using it in the morning. |
| Bottom Line: | Didn't make a massive difference to my acne. I suggested to my doctor that I stop using this treatment after 3 months, I've gone onto Duac once daily. |

| Pros: | Love it love it! I have used it for about 5 months now and I have bad acne! It did take about a month to really make a big difference. I use it twice a day after washing my face. |

| Bottom Line: | I've been using this for 3 weeks and my skin has never looked better. I have cytic acne that usually flares up from time to time but since I've been using this, I've just had a couple small pimples that went away unuasually quickly. My only concern now is that my skin will become resistant and it will lose it's effectiveness. |

| Pros: | I have used this for years. I think it's great. It's best if you use it 2 times a day. I still get pimples but they don't last long & they are not the huge painful pimples. |

| Pros: | Saw results in about a week, almost completely clears skin in about three to four weeks.
Goes on very smoothly, nice under makeup, does not sting or itch or burn, does not dry or irritate skin. |

If you use too much, it can dry out your skin (use only a thin film!).
Can cause colitis (haven't experienced thi myselfs but it scares me a bit). |
| Bottom Line: | This stuff saved my skin after trying differin. Differin broke me out so badly I could not handle the IB it gave me, so I quit and tried clindamycin. Clindamycin took care of the awful cysts differin left me with and has helped heal my skin as well as get rid of the pimples. The good thing about this is that it heals acne with no scabbing and helps with irritation of the skin. I am of mixed race so I am naturally tan and my skin scars easily. I use this in conjunction with 2% hydroquinone and my scars have faded faster than ever. If I get a new pimple, it heals quickly and does not leave a scar. Surprisingly, it also gets rid of cysts and seems to help with the swelling/inflammation that cysts can cause. I use clindamycin twice a day, a thin film. In the mornings I wait for it to dry (about ten minutes) and then top off with an SPF moisturizer and makeup if needed. |

| Pros: | It worked quickly for me and it kept me clear for a while. It was easy to use. |
| Cons: | After about a year of use, it stopped working. I then began using it with differin, which kept me clear for another year before it stopped working. |
| Bottom Line: | I did not have much problem with acne before the age of about 20. Then I started to develop acne and this was the first medication I was put on. It worked well and only allowed the occasional pimple for about a year. After that, I started having to use it with differin. After another year, this stopped working and I am currently waiting to see a dermatologist and get something new. I realize that my problem might not be that it stops working, but rather that my acne has been increasing in intensity.
I would suggest at least trying this treatment. It did work for quite awhile for me. |

| Pros: | i like the topical gel. stops breakouts from occurring. Its light and mess free. almost like water. |

| Bottom Line: | I have been using clindamycin for about a month now and im seeing results. I wish the gel was working a little faster than normal. I had a baby and started seeing changes in my skin. I never had pimples, breakouts until now. It clears little bumps but takes a while to get to the big ones, and it makes me really upset. I want my old beautiful smooth skin back again. I hope wiht time it does the job!!!!!! Seriously. |

| Pros: | It's a very light gel that goes smoothly on your face. The nice thing about it is that it moisturizes as well as heals. You don't need to apply anymore than a dime sized blob on your entire face! |
| Cons: | The smell is neutral, with a bit of bitterness. Not a pleasant smell. It also takes about 5-10 minutes to fully dry. |
| Bottom Line: | Work really good to heel and prevent breakouts, makes skin smooth and healthy. Very affordable and perfect for mild acne. My friend uses it as well and has the same results. Include it in your nightly routine and you should see great results. |
