Pros I get a few big red pimples and would put some right on the pimples before I go to bed and when I wake up, the redness goes away a bit. It can cause the pimple to turn white (with pus) overnight or in a few days and dries up the pimple.
Cons Even though the labels tells you to put it on more than once a day, don't overdo it, put it only on the pimple before bedtime. Not recommended for covering the whole face, it will cause peeling and redness.
Bottom line If you get a few pimples here and there, it's a cheap product that works as stated on the label. But if you have a lot of pimples or a major acne problem, don't use it. It's better to go see a doc for your acne.

If you put it all over your face or use it more than once a day, it will cause redness, dryness and peeling. Use it only before bedtime, once a day. During the day, use a moisturizer.

Pros I got it to help the pimples on the right side of my face & the redness went away as well as the size of the pimple.
Cons This product cost me more than I paid for it! The entire right side of my face swelled up where I used the cream, severe irritation.
Bottom line If you have an idea that your skin is already sensitive, no matter how incredible the brand name of Clearasil is, pass on this product!!!! I don't recommend this product if you aren't sure of your skin type. The company listed all of the '' When using this product'' taboo but it came to pass with me so I can't recommend it.

Pros Affordable, and REALLY WORKS

Bottom line After being on Epiduo, Antibiotic (Doryx), and Spiro for 2 months and seeing less that stellar results on my cyst like acne, after a week of using Clearasil Ultra, my big pimples had significantly reduced in size and redness! Didn't dry my skin out too much, but it does sting a little when you first apply it. But the very mild uncomfortableness is completely tolerable for the kind of results I got! Will definitely keep using this product

Bottom line I literally just started using this about 2 days ago....It has amazingly reduced my acne and any that may have been forming. I am using the Clearasil (Rapid Clear) one and it has definetly worked so far!! Give it a try....Chances are you've tried everything else right??

Bottom line Love Love Love This Product.!! I Had Really Bad Acne And My Skin Completely Changed After I Started To Use This Product.! I Really Recommend It.! Even If You Dont Have Alot Of Acne Its Good For Prevention Thats What I Use It For Now.! Been Using It 4 Years Now.!

Pros minimizes oiliness, shrinks pimples overnight
Cons scaly extremely dry flaky skin
Bottom line This product works great as a spot treatment but i wouldn't recommend this for everyday use the entire face.
