I would stick to the original Clearasil Vanishing Cream with 10% benzoyl peroxide. This stuff feels greasy on my skin and seemed to make it feel and look worse.

It is great for killing pimples that have not poped up yet. And it is preatty good on the current piples. But it makes my skin very dry were there are no pimples. After the first treatment it made my skin dry not red but flakey. So just use a thin layer on the bad spots.

Haven't used it long, but it seems to only work well on certain areas of my face. It irritates the areas that tend to be more dry, even with more mositurizer that normal, which has led to additional breakouts.

This stuff really works, don't bother with other infomercials. Dont listen to the other people who said it sux and ruined their skin. It works very well. But you have to get the whole package: Face Wash, Vanishing Cream, and the Pads. GOOD STUFF!!!!

For all of you complaining that this acne treatment doesn't work, try considering this, you could've found this out if you did research to better your skin while using this product.

1. Do not be in the sun without sublock.

This product cannot work if you are under the sun for a period of time, every acne product has an oil ingredient that will cause damages to your skin if you are in the sun. Until the time your skin has "changed", try ausing sunblocks everyday until it finally clears out. Use an SPF of 15 every day, no matter what. Acne-prone skin will do best with an oil-free sunblock. Check for labels that read "noncomedogenic" (won't clog pores).

2. Maintain a good health diet!

Meaning don't eat any of those oil full products like dorritos, food won't give you acne but healthy
skin is a combination of surface treatments and eating
well. A balanced diet is one that contains vitamin-rich
foods and proper hydration to support healthy skin.

3. Drink Water!

Yes, drink water, 8 to 10 glasses a day rule still applies, so drink up. Water carries nutrients throughout the body while flushing out toxins.

4. Why the dry skin?

DO NOT USE HOT WATER WHILE CLEANSING THE SKIN!

DONT GET THIS PRODUCT!!!IT RUINED MY SKIN. IT BASICALLY BURNED UP MY SKIN. IT WILL TOTALLY DRY UP YOUR SKIN.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND SHOULD BE DISCONTINUED.

MY SKIN HAS NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD. IT WORKS EXCELLENT. IT IS ALSO GLYCOLIC BASED WHICH IS GOOD FOR BLEMISHES AND ACNE SCARS.WORKS BEST ON MILD ACNE, BLACKHEADS AND WHITEHEADS.
I THINK IF ACNE IS MORE SEVERE E.G. CYSTIC ACNE, A DERMATOLOGIST WOULD BE YOUR BEST RECOMMENDATION.
VERY EFFECTIVE WHEN USED WITH MILD SOAPS SUCH AS :BASIC OR PURPOSE. THEY ARE BOTH VERY GENTLE CLEANSERS.I ALSO USE A
MORNING MOISTURIZER IN THE MORNING(AVEENO CLEAR COMPLEXION WITH SALACYLIC ACID. PEOPLE DONT BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY I HAVE ACNE!
