Pros: None Cons: Never has worked for me. Makes my skin worse. Bottom Line: Don't purchase this, it's not a good way to help you acne. Pros: Small size tube. Get rid of redness in less than an hour, great for emergency. Cons: The smell, not as bad as I thought it would be. Pricey product for so little quantity. Bottom Line: Having read all the other reviews I'm using it very sparingly as spot treatment. I had big bump of non-cystic on my neck under my chin which I've been keeping it clean but to no success it never got smaller. I applied Clearasil Ultra to it and the next morning the size of the bump reduced by half and it wasn't red anymore, impressed on that note. Will switch to DKR's BP as soon as it arrives. Surprisingly it didn't sting or burn my face, did at first for a few minutes then next time I applied it my skin got used to it already. Could just be the small amount I used. Use it with caution, I would recommend thin layer as spot treatment only. Recommended: Yes Usage: Reviewer has used this item for a day or two. Pros: With the cleanser, toner and lotion, acne was less noticeable Cons: Did not completely clear, though! Also, it worsened after discontnuing Bottom Line: Didn't really improve my acne; it made it worse when I stopped using it, but not severe. For a product/regimen that guarantees results in 3 days, it did nothing in 3 weeks. Too bad I lost my receipt. I bought the entire Ultra set, because it was on sale, and this treatment was a bonus. I've also tried using it in place of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide in the regimen, and it dries like toothpaste on your skin but doesn't work. Gross. Pros: nice packaging, very light, amazing...at first Cons: EVERYTHING BESIDES THE PROS! Bottom Line: I tried this product when I ran out of my Garnier Pure SOS anti-blemish pen. BIG MISTAKE! Firstly, this thing was EXPENSIVE. I paid around 14 bucks. I ASSUMED it would work based on the price, but I was SOOO wrong. So I tried this when I got home. I washed my face with my Spectro Jel for combination skin, put this stuff on my forehead, nose, little bit of my left cheek and chin. (The directions say to put it all over the infected area) I followed up with my avon maximum moisture gel (which is FABULOUS, by the way) and went to bed. Next day, I woke up and my face looked alot better. I continued this routine at night and after a couple of days...BAM! The product showed its true colours. Ok, heres the lowdown. - My forehead was AMAZING! It did wonders! I only had scars left, but I'm working on those... -My left cheek was nearly gone (mind you I only had like 3 pimples there, but still...) -MY CHIN AND NOSE WERE DISGUSTING! I had HUGE zits! Pros: I had a small puss-filled mountain on the side of my face, and this stuff dried it down quite a bit before a big event this weekend. Cons: Burnt a little bit... I'd use caution if you have overly sensitive skin. It feels like someone put a really really really hot towel on your face. Bottom Line: I'd recommend getting it if you have an event or something to go to in a few days. Like I said, the zits on my face weren't gone overnight but they sure as heck looked better after I used this stuff... It's cheaper than Proactiv. Pros: None. Cons: Burned my pimples. Made them dark. Didn't prevent. Bottom Line: I am very disappointed in this product. :( Good thing I stopped using it 3 weeks ago,it made me VERY depressed. :( Buy this at your own risk.Not for people with sensitive skin. Pros: Rids of redness within hours, clears small and minor pimples. Great quick fix products. Ideal for pre-party/pre-event treatment. Cons: Not ideal long-term. Just like Proactiv, this product masks the acne problem ...doesn't actually solve it. Doesn't work on cyst-like acne, or big pimples. Bottom Line: Great product for short-term treatment. Waste of $$$ over long term, may actually stop working after a period of time...depending on acne severity. Bottom line is everyone should try it atleast once, no harm in trying!! Pros: It works really well on smaller pimples, whiteheads, etc. Also tends to cover up the red if used sparingly during the day. Cons: Doesn't work on nodules or cystic stuff, at least not that well. Bit of redness/dryness after washing it off. Bottom Line: I do like this product. I don't think there's anything that really works that well against all acne so this is probably the best I've tried. I like that it works against smaller breakouts very well. Large chin-mountains and third eyes are not really helped by this product so much.
