Pros: Very gentle and makes skin feel smooth and soft. Cons: Doesn't really help with acne, and doesn't remove makeup very good. It's a bit too gentle for my liking. Pros: Is very gentle, mild, and non-irritating. And, it is fragrance-free. Cons: It does not provide a deep down cleaning of the skin. As,it is simply to mild for that. I have had a love/hate relationship with this product for years because I do have combination/oily skin. However, I still do keep it around for useage purposes. Bottom Line: This product is okay. It doesn't provide a deep down clean, which alot of people may find to be bothersome. However, it isn't one that I probably will 100% give up on. As, I do use topical acne products and it is mild to my face. So, it is something that I like to slip into my regimen every now and then (especially when it is cold out). Pros: it's gentile, simple, and i believe a face wash like this is really all you need. i also like the smell =] Cons: it doesn't exfoliate, it's just soap. it's nothing fancy, but that could be a good thing Bottom Line: i've been using this for a while now, and my acne has definitely improved, but i dont think it is because of this product. it is good cleanser, isnt fancy and doesnt have harsh chemicals, and a simple wash like this is a good foundation for other spot treatments and such. i wash with ceptaphil morning and night. in the morning i follow with the cetaphil daily moisturizer with SPF, then i put on my mineral make up ([link removed]). at night i follow with either lemon juice all over my face or the ProActiv refining mask (a VERY thin layer all over and a little bit more on the "problem areas"). I believe each of the steps in my personal program have improved my acne. however, for anything to work for you, i think just sticking to a treatment is all it takes. Pros: Pretty good, makes skin soft and smooth Cons: Drying very drying and not strong moisturizer Bottom Line: this is not a strong moisturizer, so put on another moisturizer over it...make sure to wash it off not leave it on...it doesn't take off makeup well, but it makes your skin soft. It will leave your skin flaky and very peeling.....but it makes your skin super soft and smooth Recommended: Yes Usage: Aly has used this item for a few months. Pros: -removes oil Cons: -doesnt help with acne Bottom Line: im on accutane and the drug itself is doing tremendous work the cleanser however does not help, at the end of the week i get like 2 new pimples its disgusting. im thinking of switching to spectrojel. Pros: Softens my skin and clears my acnes. Doesn't remove oil excessively. very gentle Cons: Not suitable for serious acne patients. My face will get oily faster. So, i recommend anybody who uses this product washes their face thrice a day. Bottom Line: You don't need harsh cleanser to treat acne-prone face. Gentle cleanser suits you better because it doesn't remove all the oil on your face that you need to protect the skin. Cetaphil works better than my anticipation. Highly recommended. p/s: use with Dalacin T topical solution and Differin and say goodbye to your acnes. Recommended: Yes Usage: Sihan has used this item for a few months.
