I find it works great. The only thing is it doesn't remove make-up too well. It also is a bit pricey. But I love it!

This cleanser made my skin very soft and smooth. Only reason it is not a 5 is because it doesn't always get off all my make-up and I need to follow up with a toner.

I have used many cleansers similar to Cetaphil, and feel this is one of the best. I find it doesn't irritate my sensitive/dry/acne prone skin with unnecessary fragrances and harsh ingredients. It certainly helped with the severe dryness I experienced initially with "The Regimen".

i really like this cleanser. i've noticed though, if i have make up on, that needs to be removed first. leave my face feeling soft and clean, and not irritated. it is a little on the expensive side, but since it works i don't mind paying more for it.

Hate everything about this product. It clogged my pores and caused more whiteheads. This product is so awful!! I can't even rant about it enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cetaphil is the ONLY thing I can use on my face. I have tried many products and have spent a fortune on Dermalogica products, but the $10 Cetaphil cleanser works much better than the $60 Dermalogica product. Sorry Dermalogica, I don't know why anyone would pay that kind of price anymore when Cetaphil does the trick on extreemly sensitive skin. I love it.

This cleanser owns anything else I've tried (especially all the Neutrogena crap, which is very drying).

I am a teenager with moderate acne, but I have very sensitive skin. I am using a combination of Retin-A micro and Rosula, reccomended by my dermatologist, which really drys out my skin. A few months ago I began to use Cetaphil, and even through my treatment, my skin irritation and peeling has stopped. The cleasner is very mild, and does not clog pores. It cleans dirt and oil off very well, and leaves skin feeling clean but moisturized. It doesn't clean off make-up very well because it has no soap, but that's what i like about it. Soap irritates skin. Plus if you have acne or skin conditions, it isn't advised to wear tons of make-up...

The thing I didn't like most about this was the film it left on my face. I just didn't feel clean! But it is gentle and it says it's clean... I use a different cleanser that makes me feel clean.
