Pros Pump bottle which locks, removes oil. dirt and helps with acne. I LOVE IT
Cons NONE
Bottom line i love i use in the morning and night because i have oily oily face and it completely feels sooo much lighter just after i use it! i love this product! i will stick to this product. I have been using it for about two months it does get a little oily in afternoon even though i use it the morning but that as much as it would without using the cleanser so i love it. and i definitely recommend it.

Pros It's very gentle. Even though it has no fragance it has a fresh smelly feeling. It's cheaper than other cleansers and easy to use.
Cons Like many other users I am getting some redness and flaky feeling which I thought was cause from the Differin gel I am using but I've been using Differin for a year a never got that reaction. I believe it comes from the sodium lauryl sulfate
Bottom line Try it, if it works, keep on using it but if you get a bumps in your forehead, redness on your nose, seborreic dermatitis; it's probably caused by it cuz that's what I got. At first I refused to believe it was the cleanser but the thing is that my other cleansers before this one did not contained sodium lauryl. My skin is oily and I stop medications this summer to try the Cetaphil, I got no acne but seborreic dermatitis on my forehead. I thought it was because I stop medicating with Diff the skin but even now using the Differin gel I have and its caused by Cetaphil. BTW the Walgreens brand burns my face. I recomend this product on your body and the mouisturizewr its great as a shaving cream try it and you'll love it.

Pros Gentle on the skin. suitable for oily skin (not super oily i mean)
Cons too pricey but it's worth it
Bottom line If ur having pimples just because of skin irritation, i highly recommend this product. But if it's hormonal, this won't help it. i have an oily skin (well not super extra oily) but this suits my skin. i dn't use any moisturizer coz this soap itself is a good moisturizer as well. as everybody says it doesn't remove make-up so i'm not using it before going to bed at night. i only use it once a day, i have my own foaming wash at night that can remove make up and everything, dirt.... so far so good it can bring back ur youthful skin

Pros This product always leaves your face feeling soft and clean.
Cons does not get rid of acne and or other blemishes to the skin. Does not remove make up and stubborn dirt well or even at all.
Bottom line I liked the way it made my skin feel, soft, moisturized, and refreshed but it almost made my acne worse so i switched to this stuff called basics its great.

Pros Clear gel; pump bottle with lock for travel.
Cons Not good to remove makeup. I use HSN's Signature Club A Meltdown for that. It's the best.
Bottom line Reccommended by my dermatolgist for after laser and every day for rosacea.

Pros Cetaphil did make my face feel clean. Also, it was easily attainable.
Cons It did not help with my blemishes in fact, even made me wonder if it was making them worse. My skin still stayed extremely oily.
Bottom line Cetaphil is for those people who already have great skin and if that were the case with me I wouldn't even be on this site. Right?

Pros Very gental, helped clear my skin in a matter of a week or so. Large containers can be found at almost any drug/retail store including Costco and it's inexpensive.
Cons none
Bottom line After using Proactive for years, I switched to Cetaphil. After about 2 weeks of use, I threw out my Proactive. I have used Cetaphil for over a year. It has saved me hundreds of dollars and my skin has never been better.
Price paid $8.89

Pros very gentle, unscented
Cons does not remove makeup
Bottom line For women who wear foundation, Cetaphil is great for the morning wash in the shower. In the evening, you need another product to remove foundation and/or eye makeup.
