| Pros | Used with water, cleans extremely well without making your skin dry afterwards. Balances moisture content. Makes skin feel soft. Affordable. Doesn't irritate present acne. Preventive to new acne formation since its very mild. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Needs a little getting used to (if you're used to lather). Need to use a lot for cleansing to be effective. Otherwise, dries out fast when cleansing. |
| Bottom line | You won't feel squeaky clean, but your skin will feel very soft and supple. All the dirt and oil gone- but you're spared the oil overdrive (esp. on the nose!) afterwards as this cleanser doesn't strip your natural oils, rather it moisturizes. So surprisingly, it controlled oiliness on my combination skin quite well in comparison to most 'oil-control' cleansers which seemed to aggravate the problem. Used for 6 months along with the regimen. Indispensable. Best cleanser I ever used. |

| Pros | Gentle, Cleared my skin, Has improved the texture of my skin |
|---|---|
| Cons | Doesn't lather as much as I normally like, and I had to get used to the residue feeling. |
| Bottom line | I have used EVERYTHING when I encountered acne after my teen years. Proactive dried my skin, others made my skin too oily, and Cetaphil has been the only thing that actually works for me, and it's the LEAST EXPENSIVE! I highly recommend, and wish I had listened to my dermatologist years and years ago. |

| Pros | This cleanser was unscented, the bottle was easy to use, and it made my skin feel really soft! It doesn't seem to make a HUGE difference, but any pimples i have are pretty small and not very noticable. |
|---|---|
| Cons | none reall,i still get pimples but they are less noticable. |
| Bottom line | I would recommend pretty much any cetaphil product. I havn't used that many but the ones that i have you worked well and made my skin feel great. |

| Pros | The gentleness of this product soothes the skin. It's obvious how much it reduced my breakouts. I stopped using this particular cleanser and my skin wasn't NEARLY as clear. I have very oily skin and this cleanser does the trick. |
|---|---|
| Cons | When fist using this product, it doesn't seem like it is cleaning very well. However, once it is used for about a week, my skin was much less irritated and much more smooth. |
| Bottom line | For me personally, oily skin is a big problem. This cleanser lets me rid my skin of the dirt and grime and still does it gently. After using this ceanser with the regimen consistently, my skin was much clearer and cleaner throughout the day. It got to the point where I didn't feel i needed to wear make up any longer, or at least a much smaller amount. I love this cleanser |

| Pros | Leaves my skin smooth. Clears up the skin noticeably. Can be used without water (for those late nights when you come from the nightclub and you don't feel like washing your face). Gentle enough to remove your eye make up. Multipurpose. |
|---|---|
| Cons | At first the consistency of the product feels weird, but you get used. The new price is expensive (new label desing). The generic brand makes my skin itchy. |
| Bottom line | It worth it. |

| Pros | Its a good cleanser if you have extremely sensitive skin. Affordable and easily available in all stores. |
|---|---|
| Cons | If you have oily/combination skin it doesn't take off the oil much. After 4 or 5 hours my face is dull and t-zone is oily. |
| Bottom line | Its a good cleanser if you have dry sensitive skin. But if yoy have oily skin/combination skin it this is not the best product as it does not remove all the oil ....I learnt that there is another cetaphil for oily/combination skin but I never see it in the shelves in stores... |
