Pros: great for my sensitive skin. It reduced redness and irritation, did not over-dry my skin, and also cleared my acne up in about a month. I think it is a great product except.... Pros: This cleanser did not irritate or overly dry my skin. Cons: However, it did make my acne worse. Pros: Gentle and effective. I am currently on acne medications (topical) and this one works well with the routine my dermatologist gave me. Cons: Expensive. Pros: Few ingrdients, no fragrance. Cons: None. Bottom Line: This is the ONLY cleanser that made my skin flawless. It cleans and hydrates it. It is a no nonsense product that gets the job done. Since using Cetaphil gentle cleanser, I stopped wearing make-up. It is freeing and a money savior. Before Cetaphil, my skin was breaking out and dehydrated constanly from all the crap (Ex: fragrance and other harsh ingredients) that is in most products. I used Proactiv and it ruined my face: dehydration, brown spots and more breakouts. With Cetaphil my skin is bouncing back. I love this basic cleanser and love the fact that it is neutral. I also found out that I don't need as many products any more (which is bad to start with). My routine is simple: Cetaphil Cleanser and Eucerin Fragrance free moisturizer 30 spf. Voila. Pros: -smells soft -doesn't lather but does the same job....just cause it doesn't lather doesn't mean it doesn't work -My acne cleared up 2 weeks after using it and now my acne is completely gone.... Pros: You can find the generic brand which is cheaper and exactly the same. Cons: Does not wash makeup off very well. It is almost too gentle, I guess this downside only applies to makeup-wearers. However, I can't help but think, if it isn't getting makeup off, what else is it leaving behind? Pros: this stuff is great!!...if cleans with out over drying Cons: you cant wash your make-up off with this....so if you're a normal make-up wearer its best to use this in the morning ONLY and use the only cleanser cetaphil has that DOES remove make-up but is still just as gentel Bottom Line: nothing has made my skin so soft and nothing has made my acne less and less with out having to dry them with harsh products whitch uselly turn the rest of my skin red Recommended: Yes Usage: Reviewer has used this item for a few months. Pros: Feels like your skin is being cleaned, leaves no dried up flakes. 5 for fragrance because I can barely notice it Cons: When it's on your face it feels disgusting. Definately will take some getting used to, and watch out when you first get it, it may not be as thick as you expect it to be. Bottom Line: I recommend it.
