i don't get the stink comments. it has a scent, but it's hardly 'bad'

'unusual' is a better term and the smell goes away when you're finished washing.

I just started using it. Dealing with adult acne, so it is soothing compared to those other products that have harsh chemicals in it. My skin gets dry with the acne medication and when I wash my face it feels good with the cetaphil. Haven't broken out yet. Hope it continues to do its job.

Pretty solid cleansing bar all around. The smell isn't bad, I actually like it. Doesn't dry out the skin at all, I used to get clogged pores on my legs, but ever since I started using this product I've been clear down there.

Feels good on the skin, before you rinse and after. Leaves my skin feeling soft. I can't stand the fragrance in it though. I switch between Cetaphil and the Aveeno bar every other day and my skin is clearing up. Even in the cold of this Cleveland winter.

Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar, Antibacterial (4.5 oz.) is a great alternative to traditional antibacterial "deodorant" soaps for anyone suffering from dry skin, eczema, or as in my case, psoriasis. The comment, before mine, regarding scent, is aberrant as it has a mild odor compared to Lever 2000 Moisturizing Anti-bacterial soap and all of the Dial antibacterials. I see no need for dry, flaky skin if you use a deodorant antibacterial bar when you have Cetaphil Antibacterial. Kudos to Cetaphil!

It works fine, but STINKS so bad. Stinks up the whole bathroom. I have no idea why they made it smell so much. Plus, no need for "anti-bacterial". While it doesn't hurt, it doesn't help either.
