| Bottom line | At first a while back my derm gave me a bunch of free samples to use with my tazorac and it worked wonderfully. After i ran out of the samples i went to get some more from walgreens and it was like 11 bucks. I was like too expensive ill just find another moisturizer. But after two years of searching none can compare. Ive tried Eucernin, Avenno, Olay and all but this one will get rid of flakiness and its great for dry or oily skin!!! |

| Pros | This moisturizer does what it claims to do. It goes on smooth, absorbs well, and keeps my face flake free all day! |

| Bottom line | I have been struggling with my eczema for about 4 months, and have tried every lotion/cream out there in my quest to overcome the dryness of my skin. All of the brands I tried left my skin oily (which I can't STAND!) and/or burned when I applied it (which discouraged me from wanting to use it on the spots that needed it the most!). When I went back to the doctor this week he suggested CeraVe. I dreaded having to use it because of my issues with other lotions, but I absolutely LOVE this stuff! I just applied it for the first time tonight and my skin already feels better. It feels soft and not the least bit oily. I will never use anything else. |

| Pros | Incredible moisturizer. Soaks in easily and does not make my face feel greasy or break my skin out. This product allows me to use my prescriptions from my Dr. that previously I could not due to overdrying. |

| Pros | Great for use with retinoids. No breaking out. No scent. No complaints! I would recommend to anyone with problem skin. |

| Pros | Moisturizes very well, and leaves even very dry skin quite soft. Is fragrance free, affordable, and the packaging isn't all that bad. You quite quite a bit in a $14 (plus tax) bottle, so it's worth your money. Solid product. |

| Cons | BROKE ME OUT. Terribly. I was actually very surprised, because people have been raving about it being noncomedogenic. It's given me cysts on my chin and ruined weeks of acne-fighting progress. |
| Bottom line | Not everyone will react perfectly to Cerave - either that, or I'm a freak. I expected this to become my holy grail moisturizer - applied it before going to bed and woke up with my skin feeling softer and glowing. About four hours later I noticed new acne had cropped up, and the next had a full breakout all over my cheeks and on my chin. I have small papules/whiteheads, and worst of all, cysts (about 1cm wide) all over my chin. I'd been making good progress with my current regimen (glycerin soap + MaMa lotion), and had finally been getting my moderate acne under control. My left side was actually completely clear, apart from some red marks, but now it's covered in new pimples. My right (worst) side looks even worse, and my chin looks like a minefield. I am pretty upset about this, and exchanged Cerave today for some Complex 15. Overall, I do think it's a good moisturizer, and am pissed at my skin for not taking to it. You'll love it if it doesn't break you out. |

| Bottom line | so I decided to use this lotion after extensive research (I research all my products, and i'm a product junkie). I love the consistency, as I said above, as its non-greasy and feels really light. BE CAREFUL THOUGH because the pump dispenses a LOT of lotion-- its made for the whole body but works better than any face lotion i've tried. a little bit goes a looonnnggg way! try a tiny bit and build from there. less is more. I use from head to toe-- great lotion! oh ps... go to Rite Aid and some walgreens stores. or [link removed]. otherwise, you may not be able to find it. its about twelve dollars, but it'll last you half a year or more and I use it for the entire body! |

| Bottom line | FINALLY, a moisturizer that doesnt break me out!!!! ive tried so many and most moisturizers destroy my skin.this one is amazing.i do find that my nose gets very oily after a few hours and i have to blot it but thats fine- i can live with that.im so ecstatic-in the past month i have found two great new products that are transforming my skin beautifully. heres is my simple regimen:glytone mild gel wash followed by this cerave moisturizing lotion. 2 miracle products!!!! |
