| Bottom line | I have been on this for 2 weeks, and I've seen quite an improvement. I have also been using Klaron (topical) for 1 week, for which I think the combination has been very effective. Only a couple big ones, and they seem to go away within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend the Klaron, too. But, I had to ask my doctor for it. I had read so many good reviews so I'm glad I gave it a try!! |

| Pros | I didn't have any side effects like diarrhea or yeast infections, both possibilities with this drug, since I used probiotics and ate yogurt daily. Cheap with my insurance - I only paid $1.15 for 30 day supply. |

| Bottom line | I was prescribed this for 10 days after I burned my face to prevent infection. My skin was fairly clear prior to taking this (from being on doxycyclin), but I think it did maintain and improve my skin a bit. I didn't stay on it for fear of getting a yeast infection. Overall, I would advise getting something else (like doxycyclin), which is meant to treat acne. There are too many risks in taking cephalexin for extended periods of time for acne. |

| Bottom line | This pill is easy to take and really works. People complain it smells bad but come on, you don't have to stick your nose in the thing all day it takes two seconds to swallow. |

| Pros | I use it along with a bunch of other things, but it does work really well from what i can tell.. try taking a zinc supplement, it also works great, research it =) |
