No matter how good a product is, nit will not work for everyone. I have used proactive for years and it did not work but it has helped others so I will not go calling them a fake. Having said that, so far Carley's seems to be the only product that has significantly cleared my skin, my skin is not perfect as yet but I see clearer skin everyday. For those who are considering it, don't put all your trust in the product right away, try it and just be hopeful because it may not work and then again you might get the result that you want and you will love it. But just try it.

this product is amazing first of all. I will never go back to using the array of bad products for my face - I have used them all and nothing compares to this product. The customer service is amazing and they will answer all emails fast and effectively. It took me about a month of using it to realize that I was not doing an effective job.. (follow directions precisely!) Once I changed what I was doing AND started using purified water my face has taken a drastic turn for the better! While it's not 100% clear after 3 months it is on its way (I was using bad products for over 5 years so I understand it takes time to undo the damage I did). Love all their moisturizers and foundation too. Highly recommend to all - I have struggled for years trying to find a long term solution for my acne and this is it!

$60 bought me a year's worth of this stuff, and it worked the entire time. I have never had an acne product, prescribed or over-the-counter, have an effect like this. I will buy this until I stop having acne.

I love the Carley's product line. Used properly, these products (particularly the Acne Treatment, as pictured) is extremely effective and has played a major role in changing my complexion. The exfoliating properties of the scrub softens my skin incredibly, paired with the use of the washcloth and soap after scrubbing. The moisturizers are also wonderful, and so natural! I love that there is none of the junk you find in the "store bought" products. Why is there such a hang up about using products as they are naturally colored or scented? I love the natural soap as well. Very straightforward, multi-purpose bars with the ingredients plastered all over the label. Nothing fishy in there! The staining of the bath towels is to be expected, if the scrub is not used properly, as the product contains benzoyl peroxide - and I'm sure Proactiv does the same thing to fabrics. So just be careful - that's all you need to do.)

This is a very affordable, long lasting, product that actually works!!! im amazed at how fast it made my skin feel so clean and smooth. very fast shipping, and speedy customer service too, which is a plus in my book. people say they cant use this product due to allergies of this or that, well, in actuality, they are probably allergic to SLS, i think its called sodium laurel sulfate....which is in most acne products out there. carleys uses pure benzyol peroxide instead of the kind with fillers and such. if you read the ingredients, it explains everything. So, anyway, A++++++ is my grade for Carleys clear and smooth

I was so excited to try this product...so many great reviews. I always heavily research a product before purchase, and event though this product is filled with bad, pore clogging ingredients (oils galore, shea butter, mango butter, etc) and the method is flawed (scrubbing skin with washcloth AND a soap with walnut shells in it....YIKES! talk about irritation). However, I bought into all these rave reviews. Looking back, I should have paid much more attention to the few but extreme negative reviews...this product makes no sense that it will treat acne, and it made my acne soo freaking bad. STAY away people. If you don't believe this review just do some research into the ingredients and method of Carly's and see for yourself. You have been warned.

This was so frustrating. I used the product for 3-4 months without much results. I have terrible acne on my back. At first it seemed to be helping and I decided to switch to the industrial strength, hoping it would work even better. Nope. I continued to break out. It was really disappointing because I saw all the great reviews and thought this would finally be the solution to my acne. Now, I'm just using the midnight and daily moisturizers which are very nice, but I still have acne.

i reallly wanted to like this product i used it for 4 and a half months on the kick a** treatment, i did everything they told me, the washcloth thing, i gave up all my other acne medications, i used the natural soap, but it spread my acne, maybe the beads?? idk but if you have severe acne like me this really didnt work for me and i wanted to sooo bad, anyway try it if you want to but this is an honest review and if you have severe acne i dont thinnk it works, maybe for very little acne

I understand that any product isn't going to work for everyone. But, I am very suspicious of those people who write something like, "Carley's didn't work for me, so all the negative reviews are real and all the positive comments are fake."

I'm sorry it didn't work for you, but my positive reviews are real. Carley's really works for me -- I'll use it as long as they make it. I don't care if you buy Carley's products or not, but it DOES work wonders for some of us, so don't discourage others because it didn't work for you.

Do NOT use other acne products at the same time as Carley's, that can really mess you up.

I had horrible acne for decades; after using Carley's, I now frequently get compliments on my skin. My daughter in law complained about a minor breakout along her jaw line. I suggested she use Carley's, telling her it was great for alleviating acne. She said, "Why do you use it, you don't have acne." Wow! I don't?? That was amazing to hear after all those decades of acne.
