Microdemabrasion costs between £20 to £35 here in the UK. Ive been twice and I can see really good improvements already :)
MicroD, is using a skin peeler which removes all dead skin, and Red LED light and Blue LED light. One kills all the bacteria underneath the skin, to prevent breakouts, and the other is to heal redness (I forget which one does which :P) and each session takes about 30 minutes
You cant wear any foundation before and after the treatment and also wash your face with hot and cold water after
