No, I’m not advocating eating cupcakes I eat them in this video for dramatic effect. I actually tend to eat well most of the time for my overall health and well being. Since we don’t know if diet and acne are related, we may as well eat a balanced, healthy diet just in case. My advice would simply be to not get obsessed with chasing one diet or another. People have been asking what to do if they receive their products frozen in the mail. I put the products in my freezer here at home to test it out. They all seem fine.

I did some research on zinc. When taken internally it acts as an anti-inflammatory which can help with acne symptoms. Just be sure not to take it on an empty stomach and not to take more than 100mg a day–50mg is what is normally recommended in what I’m reading.
