    I bite my nails too. I go in phases though. I’m in recovery phase right now. I haven’t bitten my nails in a bit. I found it helpful to paint my nails black and fix them up everyday like with cuticle oil and push back the cuticles, give yourself a hand massage too. Try and think of all the times you bite your nails, for me it was church sermons. Either avoid those times or be more conscious when you are in them. Sit on your hands.
