  1. Thanks, Dan! You really are so awesome. I like the tube when I go traveling, and I like the bottle also because it really dispenses the proper amount of BP. Thanks for giving me both options!

  2. Thanks Dan! I am really glad you are bringing back the tubes yet keeping the bottles for the larger size. This should make everyone happy.

  3. Yay! Thanks Dan! Too bad it’s still 8oz…I miss the 4oz tubes! But I understand why that won’t be changed. Yay for August tubes!

  4. Hey Dan,

I was just wondering, if it was okay if i used Phisoderm anit-blemish gel facial wash? It have 2% Salicylic acid and is it good for oily sensitive skin? Can i use it in my regimen that im soon to start?

  5. Thanks for this Dan, I know a lot of members have been waiting for this.

I’d just like say how much I appreciate how well you listen. I have never before been a customer with a company so dedicated to customer service, and that is the reason I continue to use your products, (oh and because my face is now clear thanks to this website :) haha).

  6. Very glad the bottles for the 16oz BP are staying – I like that I can easily control the amount of BP I want to use with the pump, as I notice with AHA+ that the tubes can just splodge out way too much sometimes. I think what you’ve done is a great compromise, as in my experience the 8oz pump was never really as good as the 16 – it doesn’t give as much BP, and this explains why for me personally the BP didn’t seem to be as effective for me when I recently went back to using the smaller bottles. Maybe it’s just a crackpot theory, but I really think the bigger bottles are better. Either way, reintroducing the tubes is a good :)

  7. @ Kayla: You can conveniently use any over-the-counter acne products that contain 0.5% to 2% salicylic acid. But use these products once daily. Also remember to use either salicylic acid pads or salicylic acid lotions, but never use both as that may cause excessive dryness of the skin and flaking.
