Caffeine and acne
After looking in every place I could for clinical trials and studies, I found zero science on if or how caffeine affects acne. So basically, we don’t know yet. But let’s talk about it anyway. 
Short hiatus
Hey you guys. I am headed out of town unexpectedly for a day or two so I won’t be able to update the blog for a couple of days. I’ll still be online in case anybody needs me, but I won’t have my camera or editing software. Sorry. I really want to get videos up every day and I hope to be at that point in the near future. -Dan

Setting up the camera
