Great acting Dan I believed the sweat in the beginning. Looked like you get some great exercise in. :) You are so great at answering are questions, and always spot on. This video was very helpful for people who exercise frequently and want to know the best time of day to apply the regimen.

Hey Dan, one other big reason why sweat and acne might be related is that when you're sweating you tend to wipe your face a lot more than normal. Sometimes you need to do this to keep the sweat out of your eyes, but when you need to wipe, I found blotting rather than wiping across my skin has helped a lot.

By the way, I do some pretty intense working out.. its kind of hard for me to just pat myself and go on with my day all smelly and nasty. What I do is not wash my face in the morning, I just wait until after my workout at 2pm for example and I wash then. Then I wash again before bed at around 10.

Thanks for this video Dan :)

Is certain clothes/materials for workout gear better than others for preventing acne? For example the kind that prevents the sweat from lingering around (wisps it away)?

You are great. Keep up the good work :)

From what i understand, when you sweat, your skin swells up a bit from all the sweat rusing to the surface, ready to spill out...so the swelling of the skin kind of squeezes the pores, making them smaller than usual and therefore making it hard for sebum to drain out. I realize this was true after hurrican ike hit this area, i didnt have power for 2 weeks, i was sweating 24/7, about 2 weeks after getting power back i broke out all over my forehead, where i hadn't broken out in months, it wasnt just a couple, but a lot of pimples all over

to add to my last comment, I think getting a quick workout (under an hour or so) probably won't cause acne based on my explanation since i dont think that's long enough to clog enough sebum to cause a pimple. I guess it coult still cause irritiation like dan explained though, but prolonged sweating could probably cause it like it caused mine.

That's why I'm trying to watch this video, but my freeking sounds not working, can anyone give me the juicy details of this video please lol, thank you.
