I’ve been researching cortisone shots for the past few weeks and finished my research this morning. I’ve got the whole lo-down for you guys. Joel and I made a new cortisone shot page on Acne.org if you wanna check it out too.

Yep, the moisturizer can sting
Personalized advice page
Probably the most underutilized part of acne.org is the personalized acne advice page. If you haven’t taken the quiz there, I recommend you do. Joel and I worked on it long and hard and it’s pretty darn good if I do say so myself
Let’s make acne.org perfect
If you find any mistakes on the site email me and I’ll fix ‘em. Just a fun video below

Cupcakes are dee-licious
No, I’m not advocating eating cupcakes
I eat them in this video for dramatic effect. I actually tend to eat well most of the time for my overall health and well being. Since we don’t know if diet and acne are related, we may as well eat a balanced, healthy diet just in case. My advice would simply be to not get obsessed with chasing one diet or another. It’s not likely to work in the long term. For more, check out the diet and acne page here at Acne.org.
Stress and acne (including dramatic dramatizations!)
Check out the stress and acne page for more info as well as tips on how to handle stress.
Researching oral contraceptives and acne
Hey you guys. I’ve been spending today researching oral contraceptives and acne. It’s interesting stuff. However, I ran out of time before I got to a daily video again! I’ll be sure to get one up tomorrow.
In the meantime, if you are jonesin’ for a good video, might I suggest the one from 2 days ago titled “Dental health does not take a holiday”? We had a lot of fun doing that one and worked all day on it so you guys have to watch it
Have a great evening everybody!

Putting frozen products to the test
People have been asking what to do if they receive their products frozen in the mail. I put the products in my freezer here at home to test it out. They all seem fine.
Edit: For those of you who have asked, this is the “sal acid” I mention in the video.
