My SPF of choice is just a wide brimmed hat. I like hats because they physically block the sun, and block it at 100%. Plus, I’m not putting extra ingredients on my skin this way. If you decide to use hats, just be aware that they can irritate the forehead area. Doing the Regimen up there should help you stay clear even if you use a hat.

I lived in Japan for 4 years and love the parasols from there. They aren’t the same as umbrellas–they are specially made for blocking the sun.
One thing to watch out for w/ hats/parasols–UV rays are reflected up from concrete so it’s not 100%.

I have a summer hat aswell, my husband thinks i look foolish with it on. I don’t care what he thinks i wear it anyways. you look great with your hat dan! anuchaa is wrong.
