You are wonderful. Your products and regime are wonderful, too. I adhere to it on strict basis and it has changed my life. Thank you, Dan. xox

Now...for the video. The wind is messing up the audio. lol
Okay. Seriously, I can not go anywhere near dairy. Each and every time, or so it seems, that whenever I ingest it, my whole body almost becomes a pimple. I am that sensitive. And to anyone out there who may be wondering about dairy, too. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I am 47 years old and still cope with acne. I, also, do not eat or drink any dairy products at all. Just my two cents worth. :)
I don't get out often, either. I am very pale skinned and I actually don't enjoy being in the sun. I like to be outside, but I don't have a need to be in the sun. Never liked it. That's why I take vitamin d pills. Just sayin.

ps...I visit SF every August and have done so since 1990. It's a yearly ritual for me. I hope to, someday, retire in the city. Cheers, everyone!!

Dairy is actually a moderately poor source of Vitamin D, despite being enriched.

Vitamin D may also be important in preventing a number of other neurocognitive diseases such as schizophrenia, autism, and alzheimer's.

So make sure you're getting it, OK guys?

Hi, I would also like to add that eggs and oily fish are also good sources of vitamin D in the diet (or so they tell me here in Finland).

You could also just expose your legs and arms to the sun for 20-30mins each day (and therefore avoid the acne inducing effects), but obviously judge this so you don't burn yourself!

I feel with my personal experience there is a link with dairy and acne. I gave up dairy for 2-3 years and that is when I really saw improvement in my skin.

Great Video Dan!! You look like you were having loads of fun while filming it. Sounded really windy there though. :-)
P.S. - Sorry, forgot to tell you great post!
