I feel with my personal experience there is a link with dairy and acne. I gave up dairy for 2-3 years and that is when I really saw improvement in my skin.

Hi, I would also like to add that eggs and oily fish are also good sources of vitamin D in the diet (or so they tell me here in Finland).

You could also just expose your legs and arms to the sun for 20-30mins each day (and therefore avoid the acne inducing effects), but obviously judge this so you don't burn yourself!

Dairy is actually a moderately poor source of Vitamin D, despite being enriched.

Vitamin D may also be important in preventing a number of other neurocognitive diseases such as schizophrenia, autism, and alzheimer's.

So make sure you're getting it, OK guys?
