That video was great and very informative, it did make me laugh when you were hit by the car (I don’t mean that in a bad way) :-)

I think women tend to have a bum deal in all aspects when it comes to acne, it seems everything affects us more and our hormones are so up and down. I don’t know many men over the age of 25 with acne but loads of women seem to have it and it sucks!

AND THE OSCAR GOES TO, DAN!!!! THAT WAS A GREAT AND FUNNY VIDEO, TO HAVE A BIT OF HUMOR WILE YOU TEACH US ALL ABOUT ACNE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! LOVE YAA!

    Great video!

I agree with Dan. I’ve noticed that whenever I get really stressed out, I break out in one or two pimples, and my face looks more red, dry, and unhealthy. But he is right about being on the regimen. I’m under a lot of stress at the moment (college, work, boyfriend, etc.) but since I’m using Dan’s products everyday, I haven’t been breaking out! Sometimes you can’t help being stressed out, but as long as you have a very good skincare regimen and healthy diet, you’ll be fine.

Omg, Dan this video was awesome. You are hilarious! Great examples.

  9. Acne Says:

What about guys that workout/lift weights? Guys who workout have an increase in testosterone which means it can lead to acne? I would like to start working out again but I am not sure if I’ll break out.

  15. Don Says:

Hey so as regular exercising can reduce stress does that mean it could maybe help with breakouts, ive always wandered the link between acne and exercising.
