Hey,
Just a thought that probably would help with this is switching your laundry detergent to free & clear. which is free of fragrance, and clear of color additives. they sell it at every grocery store and Ive noticed that it helps with all sorts of skin sensitivities

I never even factored fabric softener into the equation, Dan. Thanks for the tips, I'm seriously going to try this and see if it has any effect on my body acne. Here's hoping!

My old roommate from college swears by white vinegar in a Downy ball as a fabric softener.

Ditto Emily on unscented detergent--my legs in particular don't get tiny red irritation marks on them since switching about a year ago.

Hey guys! Just to "clarify",,,haha. Only use WHITE vinegar in your laundry. Repeat: WHITE vinegar only. That doesn't mean I think you'd accidentally use black, staining balsamic vinegar... but just in case. I was waiting for Dan to specify that, but he forgot. So don't go staining all your clothes with red wine, apple or balsamic!!!

Completly agree, i'm 26 and still trying to get rid of the spots on my back. Not all but some fabric softners hate my body and I come up all itchy. It's a pain as i am the only one in the family that gets this so my clothes have to be washed seperatly.
