I was wondering what number of SPF this product will be. From what I've read, 25-30 is a good option for everyday on the face, so I'm curious=) Also, I second Zoe's question about antioxidants.

Thank you for all your work!!

Hi Dan, I wanted to know whether you are including antioxidants in your formulation. Many ingredients in SPF cause free radicals, which they are meant to prevent, and including antioxidants can counteract that negative side effect. I'm sure you're well aware, but I just wanted to make sure you were including them, because I REALLY want this to be a product that is as good for our skin as it can be.

Thanks,
Zoe

I wonder if SPF causes acne? I know that may sound daunting but no matter what I use on my face that has an SPF, I always break out. Seems I break out when I put anything on my face as well, but have reservations about SPF which irks me because sun protection is needed, yet, the sun has always been the only 'cure' for my acne (unfortunately, it is not healthy in the long run and do not condone people fry themselves to rid their acne)!

I am excited to hear you are constructing your own lab. Sounds like you are doing really well. Kudos to you, my friend.

Do you have any way to have this sort of research done regarding a correlation between SPF and acne? I wonder if anyone else has noticed this as well?

Being a woman, everything has SPF in it even if it does not indicate it. Some companies want their product out there and do not want to hassle with getting a DIN for their creams/lotions....

Mineral makeup is pure SPF and considered the safest among cosmetics for acne-prone skin and I am still breaking out. My brushes are all cleaned regularly...etc. It's impossible not to get OCD when you are treating something as delicate as the face!

Sincerest,

Michelle
p.s. Sorry if I make your head spin, but I am what would be considered a 'rare case', but I am finding more and more people who are agreeing with me having these same experiences. You should just start calling me the "Challenger"! lol! :)

Can't wait for the SPF I totally trust all your products and they are the only products I will now use on my face so the more choice you supply the better. Keep up the good work ;-)

I can't wait for the SPF, but it's good that you are waiting for it to be it's best. I'm sure it's going to be amazing, and I love your enthusiasm about your products!!! Building a lab sound like a genius idea also.

Yes. I love your work. You inspire me to become a person that contributes value into the world.
Take your time on the SPF. Why? Because I know you have high standards and what to get it right and that requries time. I know you will deliver and if you don't I'll still support your organization. Keep up the great work.

Awesome! It would be GREAT to have a sweet SPF by the summer time!

Also, what has been the general consensus on the SA? Have you gotten mixed reviews? Mostly good? Mostly bad? I'd be curious to hear...but if you're not ready to disclose that information that's fine too. :)
