Dan, I know you try to minimize your business's environmental impact as much as possible, but I'm concerned about the chemical run-off from using skin care products in general. Would it be possible to reformulate your products so that the ingredients themselves are more eco-friendly and biodegradable? I'm thinking probably not because active ingredients like benzoyl peroxide aren't exactly natural... :/ But if you could find a way, that would be fantastic.

Ditto on the HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I like Dave's idea, but he's given me an opportunity to quote from NBC's "The Office", and I can't resist...

"Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject, so you know you are getting the best possible information."

Along those same lines, maybe you should write up a basic wikipedia entry for acne.org and the regimen. I know that sometimes people (myself included) will check out wikipedia after we learn about something to get a little more info. Even though having a wikipedia entry doesn't make your site or products more credible, there is a sort of subconscious mental validation that comes with seeing something posted on that site. Plus it would be a really great way to spread the basic message of your site and the regimen in a brief informative way. Just something to consider. Happy New Year!
