| Pros: | I bought most expensive bottle of Benzoyl Peroxide i could find and within a week my face was completely free of zits. |
| Cons: | makes my face look like I was in a tanning bed for an entire day it was horrendous looking. Also fades clothing. |
| Bottom Line: | It came in a small, black tube. I wish i could remember what it was called because it seems that none of the others work. Don't buy the walmart brand it is complete garbage. If you try one brand and it doesn't work try another brand because some brands are useless. I put way more on that was recommended the first time. And after it cleared up I put on so little its not noticeable every day. |

| Pros: | Cleared up acne in less than a week!!! Use Dan's benzoyl peroxide gel. You get a huge bottle for only $12 (it'll last a long time). |

| Bottom Line: | I have used Dan's benzoyl peroxide for less than 1 week, and my acne is almost fully cleared up (only 2 teeny tiny ones left). I use it AM & PM. First I wash my face with Basis Sensitive Skin bar soap ($3). Then I use witch hazel ($2.50) as a toner to prepare my skin for the BP gel. Then apply the BP. Once it's completely dry, I use 100% Aloe Vera Gel (only $2.12 for a HUGE bottle). I have tried tons of prescription creams, antiobiotics, and this is the best so far. I also take a multi-vitamin in the morning which may be helping too. I would totally recommend trying it. I am told the redness/dryness will subside over the next week or so. Trust me, a little dry skin for a couple of weeks is worth it to me!! |

| Bottom Line: | This is the best regimen I've had so far, I've tried loads of different stuff, including antibiotics ect., but nothing helped. This does help. I have probably mild acne, just a lot of clogged pores and blackheads with a few breakouts here and there. Had pretty bad acne on my back- and this thing cleared it all up in just two weeks! Wonder why it doesn't work so well on my face. I'm 1 month on it so far, it works pretty well, smoother my skin and clears up spots almost immediately. It causes pretty bad redness and dryness though so use a lot of moisturiser and keep outta sun. Otherwise, totally worth it. I use 2,5% thing and suggest you to fully follow the steps of Dan's regimen, it's worth a try. I don't know why I'm still getting a blackheads on my face and occasional breakouts but so far it's definitely much better than before. It also didn't bleach me anything :) definitely worth a try |

| Pros: | It has dried my skin up alot which is great because i had really oily skin. Its not as bad as others say when it comes to dryness and redness and its just awesum. I now got my confidence back when going out and i love it! |
| Cons: | Ruins your towels and bedding but small price to pay for great skin, and can leave skin flaky but not that bad... |

| Pros: | I had acne for years.. i thought bezoyl peroxide sucked, but recently i just use the repairing lotion as spot treatment with "clean & clear facial wash" (orange bottle) and my acne disappeared... |

| Cons: | It takes time for the skin to adjust to it. Skin may tingle and feel tight on every application. Peeling will be visible. |
| Bottom Line: | Ive suffered from acne for 10years!!! But i have a regime that i have been doing for 3 months now. Its working for me..I recommend others to try. First i wash my face with a gentle facewash to balance my skins PH. Then i apply thin layer of Benzoyl Peroxide with a light moisturiser straight after (Nivea Oxygen Cream or Olay Sensitive) I do this morning and evening, this prevents the tight sore feeling that others have experienced. I also recommend Exfoliating and Steaming the face once a week. Feed your skin with fruits and veg EVERY DAY and you will see the results. Dont give up, give your skin time to adjust. Goodluck to those that try it!!!x |

| Bottom Line: | Some people have had success with Benzyl Peroxide, but I'm not one of them. I found that it only exacerbated my symptoms and caused major irritation. Benzyl Peroxide seems to ruin fabrics worse than actual bleach. It stung terribly. I do not believe it should be used on large areas of the face. |
