it feels like it's working, yet it makes my face a little dry and my hands rough. no irritation or anything. i will continue to use this!

I don't understand why everyone else is praising this bar so much. After seeing its rave reviews, I purchased one and gave it a few tries. This bar leaves white dried up residue all over my skin after usage. I think I'll stick with Cetaphil.

A plain soap. I have dry skin and it was left feeling dryer after using the Basis bar. It also seemed like there was a residue left over. Didn't seem much different than using any old body bar to wash with.

I just began The Regimen this morning, and I am digging the Basis bar. Very affordable ($1.96 at Wal-Mart), little to no fragrance, and seems to cleanse very well. I bought two bars since I'll be using it a lot over the next few months. Very happy with it! :)

I've been using the Clinique acne bar for years. Works great, but I like this better. Plus at $3 compared to $9 a bar, the price is right!

Works great for my extremely sensitive skin.
I plan to have my teenager nephew who started to have teenager-acne to use this product as well.
He lives overseas - I will definitely send one for him soon.
