Pros: Natural, Cheap, Effective Cons: Can really irritate you if you scrub too hard! Make sure to moisturize afterwards too. Bottom Line: I've used this for over a year now, day & night, and its been the BEST TREATMENT I've ever tried. Make a light scrub/masque and leave it on for 20-30 minutes once a day. Then make a small paste at night and use it to dab on spot treatments to sleep in.. (make sure to change your pillow case everyday because it will be messy!) but it works wonders in the morning!! I absolutely can't live without this now! I have 4 huge boxes in my cabinet, stocked up for the next few months already! Try it! But remember to go gentle at first! Pros: cleans very well, cheap, fast, easy Cons: stings a little bit Bottom Line: I used a baking soda "mask" for the first time today, so I can't say too much about long term, but i loved it! I have always had larger pores that were often visibly dirty, and no cleanser or treatment had ever cleaned them very well, but one treatment of baking soda and my pores were invisible! my face feels so clean! Pros: cheap, simple, it clearns and exfoliates my skin. Cons: it stings a little and then it goes away. Bottom Line: started using it four days ago after i had an out brake of pimples. My skin felt oily and had red bumps, then i read an article on baking soda and decided to try it out. Pros: Cheap. Cleared up pimples along my forehead.Left my skin very smooth. Cons: A little bit of redness. A little bit of stinging. I have sensitive skin so it was a little dry,but I dabbed on some cocoa butter. Bottom Line: I love it. it was my first time trying the treatment. I will most definately tell my friends and continue to use it myself. As I mentioned before I have sensitive skin,so I will use it every other day. Pros: It gets rid of my pimples and other blemishes, and it also got rid of redness and gave my skin a shine- Also, its easy to make (just mix water and baking soda to form a paste and spread it out on your face) and only takes 5 mins. once a day !!! :) Cons: overall there arent really cons- -it has a funny taste (as other treatments do) -and a slight tingly feeling ... but nothing to complain about :) Bottom Line: IT WORKS WONDERS FOR ANY SKIN TYPE!!! Pros: It removed ALL of my blackheads!!! Cons: It left my skin a bit dry and red but the redness went away after a few minutes. Bottom Line: Yes, Yes Yes! this is the best product ever! you have to try it! all I did was made a paste from baking soda and water and gently scrubbed my face with it for about 20 seconds and then I rinsed it off with cool water!!! and my blackheads went away like THAT!! Pros: It works geat! Best acne treatment ever! Didn't use Arm and Hammer but still works great! I saw results in one day! I mean ONE DAY!!!! I was like holly crap! Just Amazing! Pros: Very clear, smooth, bright, affordable, etc.. Cons: NONE Bottom Line: Ive used every acne medication that only make me break out more. One day, my son had some irritable mosquito bites and I did some research and read that baking soda paste will work to reduce the bumps. Sooo, I tried it on my face and slept with it overnight. Woke up a new person. Did it for 2 more days after and my face only appeared clearer and smooth with no pimples. Didnt use it for 4 days now and my face remains clear and smooth. Pros: dries up pimples, gets rid of dead skin, and has even gotten rid of some of my blackheads! Cons: leaves skin red and a little dry, but the redness only stays for a few minutes, and putting on moisturizer after keeps skin from getting to dry. Bottom Line: It works! Does more then I actually expected it to. I say only do this every other week, because its pretty strong stuff and might irritate your skin. My skin gets extra dry in the winter, so i do it every week then, but only every other week in the other seasons. And, it's super cheap! Pros: Works faster and better than anything I have ever tried, and that's everything that's out there. Truly amazing that it's also so cheap, easily available, Clears blackheads, whiteheads amazingly fast, and even slowly clears large cystic pimples. Cons: Leaving on too long or scrubbing too hard causes dryness, irrtation, and peeling. Bottom Line: 34 now and this is the best skin I've had since puberty. Wash your face or body with whatever cleanser and rinse off. Dump some BS on your wet hands and rub very lightly but vigorously on wet skin - don't press but move ot all around real well with light touch. Rinse off. I do this once or twice a day, and require a good moisturizer to prevent little flakies, especially when I use the BS twice a day. Only product I've ever used that continues to work, everything else caused temp. slight improvement and false hope. I still have a few small pimples, but they come and go much faster and I don't spend all morning fkn around with makeup. Highly recommend.
