| Pros | Apparrently it works for everyone else. |
|---|---|
| Cons | On my second day i'm noticing faint red marks appear on my face and stronger burning during application. There fore I am discontinueing its use. |
| Bottom line | I would mix this with Hydrogen Peroxiode and rub it into my face. Considering that I am 22 yrs old and I really don't have any acne I just wanted to see if this would soften up and improve my skin generally. Yesterday on the second night my face started burning and the few pimples that I do have are now turning red and almost look like they want to spread. Therefore this product seems to be GIVING me acne not curing it. Right now my face has very faint red burn marks and I fear that if i continue they will only appear worse. I will continue to try my nose how ever which has a little bit of black heads on it as it is the only part of my face that doesnt seem to be irritated. After a week or so of rest maybe I'll try my face again mixing WATER only and see if it does any damage. As far as i see it though I've punished myself for trying to improve already good looking skin. :-( |

| Pros | I've only used the baking soda water/peroxide paste mix for a few days but I can totally see a difference. It's worked better then any thing else I have tried so far.( but it's only been a few days so it might not be the best judge) |
|---|---|
| Cons | It can sting abit, depending on the person it can be worse or better. My mother tried it and it hurt worse for her then it did for me. Which is strange because I have very sensitive skin. |
| Bottom line | The bottom line for me is that this is the only product that has really actually helped me. And like many people have been saying, it's so cheap! Not to mention easy to do. I'd recommend this to anyone before they tried things like Proactiv or Murad. And why not? Easy, cheap and affordable not to mention for most people it seems to be working! I'd say though that those who use it should get a good lotion or oil like Jojoba, Aloe Vera and even Olive Oil. I've also seen people mix a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink it and this helping many problems such as the dreaded acne. Anyway I am very happy with this, I'm even thinking about going without foundation make up which I haven't done outside the privacy of my own home since I was 12! |

| Cons | My skin is not very sensitive so usually it don't get much of a burn, however if you have sensitive skin avoid it. Also very drying so make sure you MOSTURIZE! |
|---|---|
| Bottom line | I have combination skin, so I break out mainly on my forehead and chin, sometimes upper lip and nose. I don't have acne per say but a few scaterred pimples at all times. I use baking soda at least 3 times a week 15 min masks. When I use it I do notice change, my acne dies down, and if nothing else redness is reduced. The main benifit is my pores become clean and shrink. Make sure you use moisturize after. If you have oily skin then get your hands on some oil free moisturizer. |

| Pros | Leaves your skin feeling smooth and clean. Helps a lot to clear out black/white heads. Soothes your pimples into a flatter, smaller one if it doesn't clear it. Just let the bakingsoda/water mixture dry on your skin for 15 mins and wash away. |
|---|---|
| Cons | It irritates a little while it's drying. If you stretch your face or back/chest/shoulders (wherever you have problems with break outs) while it's dry, it'll disintegrate just a bit and you'll get some powder falling making a bit of a mess. |
| Bottom line | It works very well. Slather it on, sit at the computer and browse for 15 mins, and then shower it off (or wash it off at the sink). Just don't make any faces or move your skin too much, it'll make some dry powder fall down and make a little mess. The 99cents store has this for 59cents. I use it on my shoulders, back, chest and face to keep them clear. My back has the most problems raising a few pimples throughout the week, and it's starting to take over my chest just a bit...this is keeping it at bay and making the breakouts so much more manageable and not as bad as they were a week ago. Can't wait to see how my skin is in a month! |

| Pros | So cheap!!!!!!!! Natural. One box seems to last forever. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Can dry a little, but just make sure to moisturize afterwards. |
| Bottom line | You don't have to use facial scrubs with chemicals that can irritate skin even more. All it takes is a little baking soda to exfoliate so it lasts and lasts. Pretty much what everyone else is saying...it works! |

| Pros | Clears Acne and makes skin feel great. Not expensive, easy to use |
|---|---|
| Cons | May dry out skin May cause redness at start |
| Bottom line | I checked out about Acne and Baking Soda on U Tube and how well it works. Having tried all sorts of things, i felt may as well give it a try and at first it caused my skin to go red and have dry skin. Eventually i started to see improvements and my skin was slowly starting to clear. When my cousin said that my acne isn't that bad now, i knew i had the right choice. My main problem has been my own inability to do it on a consistent basis. Otherwise i am sure my acne would have been much clearer but it does work and i am going to try and do it consistently. To all those who haven't given it a try, give it a try, you won't be losing much money even if it doesn't work. |
