Cons my acne didnt go away, it hasnt faded, nothing has happened at all. im very dissapointed =[
Bottom line ive been using about 2 tbsp and putting it to the wetness of brown sugar and exfoliating my face in the morning, and in the afternoon i use same ammount but put it into a paste and leave it on for about 15 min and then wash it off.
well, nothing has happened. at all. idk if im doing it wrong[ i told my friend about it and she said it burnt alot wen she did it but nothing happened with me], doing it too much, or stuff like that but bottom line it did nothing for me at all so far.

Pros i have been using baking soda for i day and i have noticed that all the red spots that i used to have from trying to pop pimples are no longer on my face. and all the really small pimples have disappeared. and it fells great.
Cons i have read many things that people have put in this and they say it burns/stings. but im 12 and it never did that to me. i dont have acne really bad but i would like to get rid of most or all of it.
Bottom line im 12, and we all have a crushes and so on. so all of u kno what its lik to lik a guy/girl and not want them to see ur acne. its imbarrasing. and it feels amazing to have smooth fresh skin. i myself have used many face creams and all that. THEY DONT WORK. u waste ur money on things that make ur face break out even more and way worse than what it did to start with. and for ur info proative doesnt work. my mom has used it for so many years. it dosent make a dif. and if u stop using for even a week it comes back really fast and worse than ever. she has wasted so much money. she finally stop in '07.
and i wanted to try it. it works for a small period of time but it comes right back. DONT USE PROACTIVE. its just lik all of the other scames on the TV or computer u see. and the same thing with all those advertisments that give u a week trail of food that let u eat what u want without getting fat.

Pros It's extremely cheap compared to all the products I've bought and have had little to no results with. I know exactly what's going on my face, no surprise chemicals that make things worse in the end. Plus, it takes no time at all to whip up this paste
Cons If you're like me and have used numerous products for your stubborn acne, then you've found your face burning/stinging at some point. There's no difference here so don't be worried about the pain of it, you've already experienced it before
Bottom line After years of using product after product that just doesn't give me the WOW result I pay for, I thought I'd just be subject to continual acne and would be a slave to continual applications of concealer (which turns cakey no matter what). My fiance has perfectly clear skin and it's embarrassing for me to have him get too close to my face at times. That and I'm always worried about hugging/kissing him since my makeup invariable wipes off on him.
After simple combining one TBS. and enough water to make a thick paste, using it as an exfoliator after washing (GENTLY), rinsing it off (GENTLY), and moisturizing I saw incredible results the next morning. Pimples that have remained as huge bumps for weeks have gone down dramatically and my skin is incredible soft.
I plan on continuing to use this coupled with Burt's Bees earth/skin friendly products and hopefully for my wedding day, all my fiance will see is my clear and bright skin glowing through with no major make-up blocking it!

Pros Actually works!
Cons None
Bottom line I add a small ammount of baking soda to my Proactiv face wash twice a day. Massage gently and rinse thoroughly. Never scrub skin! I used to scrub and have stopped. Follow with full strength organic unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. (Skip toner) Then use Proactiv repair lotion and a very mild organic face lotion. I love Origins.

Scrubbing will only keep acne from healing.
I also stopped using whitening toothpaste.
Have been doing this for the past week and my skin looks amazing!

Pros I loved this! It TOTALLY WORKS!
Cons It stings, but it's worth it
Bottom line I'm 17, and my Prom is in a week. I've tried everything to rid mysellf of acne. Creams, washes, ect. You name it, I've tried it. All those whould take aqbout 2 weeks to show results, then stopped working after a short period.

I was desperate for a solution for prom, especially since my crush will be taking me. I tried this, and it started working after the first application! my pimples were smaller, and less painful. I used peroxide and baking soda. I'd put it on for about 20 mins, wash it off, then put ALoe Vera on. SO WORKS!!!! I'm so happy!!!

Pros It works!
Cons It dries skin but that's what lotion's for!
Bottom line I've had acne since I was 12 or so. I had it all over my cheeks, nose, and forehead primarily. As someone who is in entertainment, I was getting concerned because my reps were telling me that some people wanted to hire me based on head shots but seeing me in person, they were concerned about my skin. I started using baking soda, and the first day things improved! The next day things only got better and since then things just keep going uphill. I add it to my neutrogena cleanser and use it in my face wash. Then I follow by using it by itself (adding a little bit of water). I then follow with vinegar and water on a cotton ball. Then I use medicine from a dermatologist and various moisturizers. Granted my ritual might be a little excessive for some people's skin, but it's working for me and I couldn't be happier!!
